We enjoyed the overall experience in purchasing a new vehicle from Green. Bryce was very helpful and took the time to explain all the features on the car we were looking at so that we were comfortable in vehicle from Green. I live about an hour and a half away from dealership but was well worth driving there for the service. My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and the last thing we wanted was a new car payment after not having one in 8 years with both of our cars. I did some research online of vehicles that would match what we were looking for and we settled on looking at a Chevy Equinox. I did an inquiry online and Bryce Murphy answered my call. Bryce introduced himself over the phone and told me what he would be willing to do if I wanted to stop in and take a look over at Green Chevrolet. I had a few bad experiences with over pushy salesmen at other dealerships and I wasn't going through that again. I decided to read the reviews on Bryce on the dealer website and then Googled his name and read all the other information I could find on him. To my surprise Bryce appeared to be right on point to what he described over the phone and my wife and I decided to go pay and visit and see our options. We sat in a few models, looked at all the dealer incentives and found very quickly that no other car dealer in the Quad Cities was going to be able to match their deals on a new 2013 Equinox. After seeing the trim styles we changed our minds from the LS model to the LT and found that extra savings were given. After that initial face to face appointment I was sold and I knew Bryce was my guy and was going to win my business. My wife and I discussed all the options we wanted and returned a few days later with our trade in. Not only did we get more than what we expected with the trade in we also got extra dealer incentives to sweeten the deal. We haven't have customer service quite like this before. Bryce gave us information on protecting our car from the elements, car washes and the quality service plans we could take advantage of. We got over to financing and got all squared away. My wife and I got a tour of our car and all the features inside before we left and spoke to the On Star rep. The apps we downloaded to our phones are awesome and when we drove off the lot with our brand new Chevy Equinox LT we knew we made a great choice in Green Chevrolet and with Bryce. I was very unsure about being able to purchase a new car, I had been divorced about 3 yrs. ago and my credit took some hard hits. With the adjusting to being head of the household and going from a 2 person i I had been divorced about 3 yrs. ago and my credit took some hard hits. With the adjusting to being head of the household and going from a 2 person income of 100,00.00 a year to my 30,000.00 a year income life has been tough. I explained this to Jeff and he was very considerate of my situation and was very helpful about working with me to get the best car for me for the money and payment I could afford. He told me as I sat nervously in his office to let him do the worrying, he would take the best care of me he could and he did. Jeff was very pleasant and talked me through all my options. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him something dependable as I worked two jobs and one is as a caretaker, so I had patients depending on me to be there on time. He worked with me on choosing a car, that I liked and that would have larger trunk space as I sometimes have to haul medical equipment. Jeff was very helpful and listened to my needs and put me in a car that I love and works well for me. Jeff worked to find financing for me and greatly reduced the interested rate that I had previous received from another company. I love my Chevy Sonic Hatchback it is perfect for me! Well for me today was the day and Bryce was the man. I myself have been searching for a more current truck for a couple months now. Within the hour Bryce had returned an email with his info and bio and contact info to set up a time to come in. Once i arrived at the dealership he met me at the door and was eager to get to work. After talking Bryce and I had found out we actually attended the same high school and were from the same small town area. This being discovered, i felt that i could trust him more and connected with him better. This particular truck did not end up being my vehicle of choice but Bryce kept on it and did not give up until he got me locked into the right truck.Several appointments,failed attempts, and a few test drives did not phase this man, he was determined to find me that perfect vehicle. 5 stars does not fairly rate the outstanding service,knowledge, and love for the job, that man has. I would recommend Bryce to anyone that wants to buy a vehicle and deal with someone straight forward, not the normal reach around treatment dealers try to give you. i can honestly say ill never go to another dealership or have to worry about finding a salesman again, cause as long as this kid is selling cars, ill continue to buy from him again and again. Been looking for several months for a used SUV for reasonable price range. By looking online I found several SUV's from Green Chevrolet. Instantly Bryce emailed me back in regards to my email regarding a vehicle of interest. With short notice, he was able to fit me into his tight schedule. From that point on, we kept in contact frequently until I arrived at the dealership. Due to the rain, Bryce already pulled the vehicle I was looking at into the garage for us check it out. He was very descriptive and educational with all of the information he provided on the vehicle. With that being said, we went for a test drive. After the test drive, we sat down with Bryce at his desk to discuss prices and any further questions. He answered anything we had questions or concerns about, as he did his best to negotiate a price. After our sale was complete he took the extra time to set us up with our new vehicle, making sure we knew all the controls before we left the lot. Making an hour and a half drive, Bryce made sure we had a full tank of gas for the ride home. Being a young fresh college graduate, the team at Green Chevrolet made my first car buying experience a good one! More

We kept in close contact over the next week about the vehicle and he put aside plenty of time to answer our questions and concerns. Bryce was very knowledgeable when it came to the questions we had about the vehicle and he did an outstanding job on negotiating on our behalf. We have had the vehicle for a week now and absolutely love it! I was amazed to also see that your dealership even beat the dodge certified dealership around here on price. Your company had a lot to offer and we would definitely come back out there first next time we purchase a vehicle. The entire process was so easy and quick, the last two vehicle purchases we made were very time consuming and we were out in a matter of a couple hours and they even detailed my car and attached my plates before we even drove off the lot. I would recommend Bryce to any of my family and friends who need a vehicle. More
I have always been skeptical of car dealerships from the very get go. So when I called in and got Bryce on the phone I had my wall up and wasn't ready to be friendly. I immediately found myself impressed with how Bryce had turned what I planned on only being a five minute conversation into a half hour phone call. When you see car advertisements on tv you always think to yourself that you'll never be one of the very select few that will get the "awesome deal you see on tv." With 11 grand off silverados that's what I wanted and wasn't going to accept an alternative. Bryce listened to what I wanted and from the get go pointed me in the right direction to get the most bang for my buck. It was the fastest, best, most efficent, and pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I will recommend Bryce and Green to everyone that tells me they are heading that way. More
Bryce was very enthusiastic and outstanding from beginning to end. Never once did his age cross my mind. I didn't go to green looking for a new car but after having Bryce point me in the right direc beginning to end. Never once did his age cross my mind. I didn't go to green looking for a new car but after having Bryce point me in the right direction I quickly saw that new was the way to go for the interest rate, monthly payment, and brand new warrenty. As weird as this may sound the part I loved most about Bryce is he said things I'd never heard any other sales person in the past say before like; "If I'm going to earn your business guys it's going to be the honest and real way." and " If I can't earn your business the right way I don't want to earn it at all." Most sales people you deal with can seem numb to the whole process because they probably sell more cars in a month than you buy in a life time but that wasn't the case with Bryce. I'm very pleased and am glad that I can not only continue my relationship with Green but have Bryce be my sales person for all future purchases. More
I went to Green's website and looked at all the cars they had on there for sale. I sent an inquiry about a couple of them. First thing on Monday morning, March 4, 2013, Bryce Murphy called me and we had they had on there for sale. I sent an inquiry about a couple of them. First thing on Monday morning, March 4, 2013, Bryce Murphy called me and we had a long conversation about what I thought I wanted and what I had to work with. We made an appointment for Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 9:30 am. I went in to see Bryce. He was already prepared to show me some cars on the computer. He walked me through the entire process very descriptive so that I could easily understand the process. I explained to him about my car and what was wrong with it. I told him again what I thought I was looking for and we came up with 3 cars to look at. The entire time I kept asking questions but he didn't seem to mind at all. He answered everything I wanted to know. We finally came up with a 2006 Ford Fusion to look at. We went into the detail area where the car was and looked it over. He talked me through the entire car, inside and outside. I was pressed for time at that point. He was very understanding. I had to leave and he took care of all of the paperwork for me as in getting me financed. My son went to Greens about 3:30 pm and talked with Bryce and test drove the car. He was impressed with the service and attention that Bryce gave to him. I went back that afternoon around 4:00 pm. We talked some more and I test drove the car. I was pleased with the car and we again talked about price and financing. He had gotten my credit score for me and showed me all of the paper work. He went over every detail. He even had the fog on the inside of one of the headlights fixed for me. I then went to talk with Terrance to do the paper work for the financing. He had done a great job at getting me a low payment I would have no trouble making, the time of month for my payment to be due, just the entire process was great and very painless. After all the paper work was finished and the down payment was made, Bryce gave me the keys and took me to my car I was trading in to make sure everything was out of it and he took the license plates off for me. He also went beyond customer service in the fact that he got my child car seat out of the car that I could not get. He worked on it for quite a while, but never gave up. He then took me to my new (used) car and explained all the points I needed to know about it such as how to work the radio, he even set my station for me. The whole experience was so pleasant. Bryce worked with me and got me a GREAT payment and a Great car for me. He was so friendly and helpful I was really impressed with him. Thank him and Terrance for a great experience. I will definitely tell all of my friends about Green's and especially about how great my experience was with Bryce. He treated me like a human, not just another sale. Thank you again. I bought my last car from Green's in 2002 and this experience was so much better, I just couldn't believe it. More
