I began my care search for a Malibu on the computer. Green Chevrolet was one of the dealers I contacted. They immediately responded back to me with a big "welcome" and an offer to assist. They were always prompt with their responses, quotes and help. I was not disappointed when I, finally, went to the dealership. Chad was helpful, warm and so accommodating. We had a great chat about a common association in Jacksonville. He never acted like his time was more important than mine. Julie was also great to respond on the computer and was fun on the test ride. She was knowledgeable regarding the car, but was also fun to talk to about things going on in the Quad Cities. Helping me pick out a "vanity" plate was great fun. After buying my car, I would have to say that I not only know them as sales personnel, but also as "real" people. That is rare these days. My experience at Greens Chevrolet was of course a Great one! Everyone was nice and had great customer service to be sure I was taken care of prior to my appointment with Rick Gilbreath. That leads me to say, I owe it big to Rick Gilbreath. He not only was friendly, he had such personality and spunk. Most dealerships you go to, it's all about business and the sale. Not in Rick's case. He listened to my needs as well as my wants. It was as if we new eachother as family. I do not consider Rick to be just my "sale's guy" but a friend now. Not only would I refer Green's Chevrolet for their friendly customer service and true knowledge on the vehicles, I would refer them to Rick. He would take care of anyone to their fullest expectations. On a personal note, I needed to downsize my family vehicle so that things would get better financially. I am so fortunate that Rick was the one to help in my purchase. I felt very comfortable with leaving the dealership that day with my decision in which I would not have been able to do without Rick.
