I would highly recommend this dealership especially Bryce to any family member or friend. I was searching for a small pickup for my son to use as a work truck, after finding several on the internet I sent my to any family member or friend. I was searching for a small pickup for my son to use as a work truck, after finding several on the internet I sent my E-MAIL contact for more information, Bryce contacted me right away. He was very upfront and friendly from the beginning. Since I live out of the state of Illinois and beyond the 80 radius that the dealer likes to work in we had to have a lot of trust in Bryce and take his word on the pickup we wanted. He also informed us of a newer pickup that came in that was not on the internet sales list and wanted to know if we were interested in it which we were. With all of the back and forth we had to do because of the distance the deal went really well, even though we had to travel 5 hours one way to get our vehicle I would do it again when I need another one. Bryce was honest from the beginning, stating that he was fairly new at Green. I found his honesty to be refreshing, since most sales people don't tell the truth. Eventually lead to phone calls. I drove 7 1/2 hours to purchase a new vehicle. For being young enough to be my child, I was impressed with is professionalism, neat appearance and quick smile. Bryce was very through in providing an overview of the vehicle. While I was pressed for time, Bryce made sure that my deal went smoothly and quickly. Bryce didn't know all the answers to my many questions, but he made sure that he got the answers for me. He has a tremendous potential to be a top producer! I will return to but another vehicle from Bryce. More

I appreciate that he asked questions (and listened to my answers) about the type of vehicle I wanted and how I would be using it. Bryce made me feel like I made an informed decision and left me with no questions even though I know I can call at any time. Likewise, Ben made the loan process quick and easy, showing me different options and letting me choose what was best for me. Overall, I must say everything about making my purchase was so easy you would never know it was the first time I'd ever been to Green Chevrolet. From the cheerful greeting to the tour of the facility I felt welcome and glad I came to them for my car. More

I am a very very picky customer and they never once made me feel that I couldn't speak my mind. This is my 3rd car purchase and Joe and Paul have always made me feel at home and welcome. It is because of them I returned again today. I was also fortunate to meet Francisco and Ben. Francisco went above and beyond by pitching in to get my truck prepped and cleaned by helping the detail guys and washing it himself! Ben took over for Paul as it was his day off and took the time to make sure I knew all my terms and that I understood all the financing and protection options for my vehicle. I am in the customer service business. I run two local auto repair facilities and I know how hard it is to find one great employee to make the customer want to come back but to have 4 your dealership is very lucky and they should be commended for there willingness to make a picky customer such as myself feel like my satisfaction was their top priority! I had a wonderful experience buying my new car. Julie work with me on the price and then walked me through all the paperwork. When I picked up my car, she took the time to help me set up On Star and bluetooth for my phone. She also took the time to expain all the functions of the car so when I left, I could operate my car without spending hours looking through my owners manual. She also call a few days later to see if I had any questions and how I liked the car. The whole process of buying the car was very enjoyable and stress free. I will definatelly recommend Green Chevrolet and Julie Schnerre to all my friends. More
Initially when I set out for a new-to-me vehicle I looked local. We live in Cedar Rapids Iowa and I found a Traverse that fit my budget and my needs. I gave my word that I would be back to pick it up in th local. We live in Cedar Rapids Iowa and I found a Traverse that fit my budget and my needs. I gave my word that I would be back to pick it up in the morning, because I did not want to use the dealership financing, only to find the vehicle sold out from under me that evening. Needless to say, I did not want to continue to shop with that dealership. I turned to a dealer from my hometown where I met a sales manager who's math and I couldn't follow. My trade in is this amount if the vehicle remains at this price but we can adjust here for a little extra there. We all know the drill. I really had a hard time focusing on the vehicle when the numbers were floating throught the air like the movie "a beautiful mind." Meanwhile the sales person is smoking in front of my 5 and 8 year old children and all the while I am wondering, "how can thier cars appear this nice and clean when the dealership and all that surronds it is so fraught with disarray." Jaded and distraught, I looked on autotrader hoping to find what I was looking for since I had finally narrowed my search down to model make and color, I was very specific. After all, it had been six years and one child later that I was going to trade in the beloved and yet very unattractive mini-van. Bryce was very patient with a very uptight customer (me). I really hate to negotiate and inevitably think of my trade in like a family pet so I was a little sad to release my van, think of all the memories I had in that old thing! The bottom line was, I got a great vehicle at Green for a great value and was treated fairly with my trade in. He also went above and beyond in assisting me with calls to get a few after market perks added to my vehicle. Bryce was someone I could trust and the finance person,Paul made us feel relaxed and confident in our decision. It feels good to know you are walking out making a good, sound investment. More
