We were completly satisfied with our buying experience and especially with Bryce Murphy. I had worked in the auto industry for over 32 years and can tell you there is a major difference between a salesper and especially with Bryce Murphy. I had worked in the auto industry for over 32 years and can tell you there is a major difference between a salesperson and a sales professional. Bryce is the poster child of a sales professional. We arrived at the dealership at 5:30 on a Friday night (closing time was 6:00) looking at the Equinox models. Within a minute we were greeted by Bryce and he offered assistance showing us the the different options on the Equinox models. He was very knowledgeable on all of the features on each vehicle we looked at. With the information we recieved we were able to make an educated choice. I know I'm not the easiest person to sell to but Bryce never showed any frustration and never pressured us to purchase even as it got to be 2 hours after closing time, and I'm sure after a long day he was ready to go home.I would recommend Bryce to my friends and family. Everyone at the dealership were great to deal with and made the buying experience a pleasure. Thank you to the entire Green team and Bryce. More

Salesmen that differ from the stereotype salesmen have are hard to find period. I certainly didn't think I'd find the exact opposite of the stereotype in someone as young as Bryce. As you get older you really do start to believe in the immature in today's youth and for Bryce that's certainly not the case. He's everything I would have wanted a sales person to be and more. His product knowledge is outstanding and you can certainly tell he takes a passion for explaining the vehicle brands Green sells. Bryce uses real life comparisons and personal stories to make his information hit home with you. He compares features on multiple brands and educates you just like he claims he will be the end of the process. There aren't many sales people out there that can make you feel like they are following through with everything they told you they'd do for you and Bryce certainly has mastered that at the short time he states he's been at Greens. He states that he doesn't want his customers making an uneducated decision and in one way or another he makes sure that's the case whether it be through his doing or any of the other deparments that are involved in the "Green" experience. I'll be recommending Bryce and everyone else like Joe Kula and Paul Shahin who were involved in my car buying experience. More

I would highly recommend this dealership especially Bryce to any family member or friend. I was searching for a small pickup for my son to use as a work truck, after finding several on the internet I sent my to any family member or friend. I was searching for a small pickup for my son to use as a work truck, after finding several on the internet I sent my E-MAIL contact for more information, Bryce contacted me right away. He was very upfront and friendly from the beginning. Since I live out of the state of Illinois and beyond the 80 radius that the dealer likes to work in we had to have a lot of trust in Bryce and take his word on the pickup we wanted. He also informed us of a newer pickup that came in that was not on the internet sales list and wanted to know if we were interested in it which we were. With all of the back and forth we had to do because of the distance the deal went really well, even though we had to travel 5 hours one way to get our vehicle I would do it again when I need another one. Eventually lead to phone calls. I drove 7 1/2 hours to purchase a new vehicle. For being young enough to be my child, I was impressed with is professionalism, neat appearance and quick smile. Bryce was very through in providing an overview of the vehicle. While I was pressed for time, Bryce made sure that my deal went smoothly and quickly. Bryce didn't know all the answers to my many questions, but he made sure that he got the answers for me. He has a tremendous potential to be a top producer! I will return to but another vehicle from Bryce. More
