I feel as though you can always tell a salesmens motives throughout the time you talk to them. The salesmen of yesterday would easily reveal the dollar signs within his eyes. From the get go Bryce let's you know about his background in the car business and some of the people he credits for getting him to where he is today. He's professional, outspoken, and you can see his intelligence pouring through him. We were completly satisfied with our buying experience and especially with Bryce Murphy. I had worked in the auto industry for over 32 years and can tell you there is a major difference between a salesper and especially with Bryce Murphy. I had worked in the auto industry for over 32 years and can tell you there is a major difference between a salesperson and a sales professional. Bryce is the poster child of a sales professional. We arrived at the dealership at 5:30 on a Friday night (closing time was 6:00) looking at the Equinox models. Within a minute we were greeted by Bryce and he offered assistance showing us the the different options on the Equinox models. He was very knowledgeable on all of the features on each vehicle we looked at. With the information we recieved we were able to make an educated choice. I know I'm not the easiest person to sell to but Bryce never showed any frustration and never pressured us to purchase even as it got to be 2 hours after closing time, and I'm sure after a long day he was ready to go home.I would recommend Bryce to my friends and family. Salesmen that differ from the stereotype salesmen have are hard to find period. I certainly didn't think I'd find the exact opposite of the stereotype in someone as young as Bryce. His product knowledge is outstanding and you can certainly tell he takes a passion for explaining the vehicle brands Green sells. Bryce uses real life comparisons and personal stories to make his information hit home with you. He compares features on multiple brands and educates you just like he claims he will be the end of the process. There aren't many sales people out there that can make you feel like they are following through with everything they told you they'd do for you and Bryce certainly has mastered that at the short time he states he's been at Greens. He states that he doesn't want his customers making an uneducated decision and in one way or another he makes sure that's the case whether it be through his doing or any of the other deparments that are involved in the "Green" experience.
