My experience with Jason was far from perfect. He is the absolute stereotypical sales person. You can tell he flips a switch when talking to you and I noticed that because the moment I stepped outside while absolute stereotypical sales person. You can tell he flips a switch when talking to you and I noticed that because the moment I stepped outside while he went to go do some things for my deal I overheard him down grading another sales person who had done nothing to be spoken to in such a way from the bit I heard and didn't say anything negative back after Jason's negative comments. I was a little worried after that unexpected episode but Greens extremely positive reputation kept me at Jason's desk. I ended up doing the deal for my daughter because we needed to find her a car before her wedding and I really liked the business manager in that building to came across as the kind of person that built the positive reputation Greens has in the QC area. After the deal was done I was told by Jason that a second key was supposed to be included in the deal and that he would take care of that situation right away. Three weeks go by and I can't get a hold of Jason to figure out why my second set of keys is way beyond the point of when I was expecting them. With my daughter having her wedding be days away I went and stopped in to Greens myself to get this situation resolved. Jason wasn't even polite enough to inform me of his day off so I come in on a day he isn't even there. I walk through the door and am greeted by a gentlemen named Bryce. I'm sure I came across quite frustrated and rude but who wouldn't be when you feel like you've got the run around. After explaining to Bryce my issue Bryce took charge right away and called Jason to notify him I was there. After what seemed like nothing getting resolved on the phone call Bryce made sure I not only had Jason's number to contact him but told me that the call was strictly to get an update on where Greens was at with the key process. Bryce also gave me his personal cell phone right away to have him be a point of contact. He made it very clear that he wasn't trying to take Jason's place but that it was his duty as a sales person to make sure Greens reputation stays as positive as it is and that worst case scenario he would make sure my Key was received in a timely fashion. I wish I would have got to experience the "Green experience" you hear about because with Jason that certainly wasn't the case. The only reason I'd return to Greens is in hopes of dealing with someone else and trusting in that dealership enough to get one more shot. I only gave one rating because that's the lowest you can rate and still post a review on this website. More
You can tell what kind of sales person Bryce is when you struggle to fill out a review on all of the positives he brought to the table during your car buying experience because you don't want to repeat ever struggle to fill out a review on all of the positives he brought to the table during your car buying experience because you don't want to repeat everything all of the other extremely satisfied customers of Bryce's have said. With that being said who wouldn't want to deal with someone like that because I know I would. Bryce doesn't try and force you into a car he knows you don't want to buy. He'll explain the pros and cons of every vehicle and let you make the decision. My favorite thing about Bryce is that he lets you fulfill all of our little "querks" that sometimes we the customer have. We test drove two different trim levels of the same car because I asked to after already getting back from one test drive and sitting down to put some numbers together. People so far have said that they are impressed with Bryce's maturity for his age and how excellent he is for his age. Maybe that's just it and it's because of his age with not much worldly "Experiences" to damage him yet that makes him so good? Never the less I'm going to find a younger gentlemen for every purchase I make on a day to day basis in hopes that they all turn out to be a "bryce of another profession" I'll be returning. More

Ivan went the extra mile to get and provide additional information about the car, to reserve it and to allow time for me to journey to Illinois and inspect and drive the car before fully committing to purchase it. He spent considerable time addressing my numerous questions and concerns, so there were no surprises when I did get to see the car in person. I feel as though you can always tell a salesmens motives throughout the time you talk to them. The salesmen of yesterday would easily reveal the dollar signs within his eyes. You could see that he would be trying to squeeze you for every penny and not being easy at all to work with. From the get go Bryce let's you know about his background in the car business and some of the people he credits for getting him to where he is today. Some of those people have been in the business for as long as Bryce has been alive. You can tell what a great job they've done molding him. He's professional, outspoken, and you can see his intelligence pouring through him. I'm very glad to be catching Bryce so young because hopefully that means he's got the rest of his life to be the sales person I go to for all of my automotive needs. I'll be recommending Bryce that's for sure and thank you to everyone at Greens. More
