My only complaint about this particular visit was that when I went to pay for my oil change and was told it was now $22 instead of the $9.95 that I was told when I purchased my vehicle, that was the very first I heard of the change. I was never notified by mail, email or any other means that the price had changed. The service worker was so kind and did offer the $9.95 price for me since I was never notified, which is much appreciated. The new price of $22 is still very reasonable for the oil change, especially since they use the synthetic blend, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Other than that I have no complaints - I was on somewhat of a tight schedule and they got me in and out very quickly. I really do recommend Green to anyone that I know is in the market for a new car! More

FYI this is one of those lots that the sales people swarm you the minute you pull in. First was they had an old traded in blazer that they clearly wanted to sell locally before taking it to auction. I was in the market for a winter beater and thought i could get a good deal. I see it, clearly has been sitting a long time somewhere. (one of those push pull drag vehicles that seemed literally drug in) I asked how he came up with $1600 for a price - claimed thats what they were selling for - maybe if they were all 1 color (blue blazer black tailgate...never been in an accident though as i was told haha) i asked to test drive it we will talk price later - some how magically couldnt find the keys... how does a dealership loose keys to a car parked right out front? Found a door unlocked and hes telling me how he test drove it and it drives good for its age 4x4 works yada yada typical used car salesman. I pop the hood and theres spider webs everywhere even on the belt so clearly it hasnt been run, belt looks like its about to snap. I point it out and ask how does it run so good if it hasnt been started in ages either that or you have the fastest web building spiders in town. The transmission kick-down cable was frayed off the linkage so even if some chance it did run it sure didnt drive well. We went back inside and he said look you can have it for $300 if you tow it outa here tonight - I told him its worth less in scrap than $300... The other time I was shopping for a 1-2 year old Silverado, looking to spend quite a chunk of money to do so. I told him i want a 14-15 in the rainforest green. He said well the only green one we have is a 13 (completely different truck) he said I will go get the keys and started walking off before I could tell him I wasn't really interested in a 13 but thought well ill try it who knows i may like it. Whole time im riding with him i tell him this truck is nice but i prefer the interior of the newer trucks and styling of the newer trucks. he kept insistently trying to get me to buy the 13 the entire test drive asking whats wrong with it. Very pushy and not listening at all to what I wanted. When we got back he wanted me to come inside and see if he could find a silverado. I told him I'll do my own searching... Never got anything serviced here but have bought parts through the parts department with great results and helpfulness. More
Car Shopping I walked into Green Chevrolet this summer with my two young daughters. I was greeted by Troy, a salesman at Green's. We walked around the lot for quite some time and he was able to answer all of my questions and offered a lot of info about each car. He was great to my girls. He offered them drinks, snacks, and always asked about their comfort in each of the cars. He really went above and beyond. Needless to say, we bought our car there and are very pleased with it! Truly a great experience! Thanks to Troy and the staff at Green Chevrolet!!! More

GAME SCAM Green is running a con game that makes it look like you have one 5k. When people show up they found out they have won a worthless vacation. They had lots of very unhappy people on their showroom floor and they could have cared less. This is one of the most dishonest things I have ever seen a dealership do GM should revoke their dealership yet no one cares. I do, I will never set foot on their car lot again.. STAY AWAY PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF More

Around 6:30 a.m., I chatted with a representative online to notify them that I Saw a great 2013 F150 Lariat Supercrew on the Green Chevrolet website. Around 6:30 a.m., I chatted with a representative online to notify them that I was coming to look at the truck. When I arrived about 6:14 p.m. the truck price was $1000 higher than the price I saw in the morning. Also when negotiating with the manager, he notified me that I had a few minutes to agree to the deal. I told him to keep his truck then. Then he backed and let me chat with my wife on the phone. We were still trying to email them a screen shot of the lower price b/c they didn't believe me. Ultimately I offered lower than they wanted to go to which the manager replied have a good evening we are done, gave the keys to the salesman and instructed him to park the truck and give me my keys back. Not sure if they thought I would change my mind on the way out or not. I didn't and they still have the truck. More
