Late on a very hot, muggy Saturday afternoon, Glenn was the essence of patience as we looked at several vehicles. He said he was there for us as long as we needed him, which impressed us. Glenn had helped me previously even though I didn't buy a vehicle at that time, he was very nice and didn't make me feel bad that he had gone to that effort to help us, which is why I asked for him this time. We have taken our cars to this dealership since 2005 when we bought a Buick and a Cadillac. We have been very impressed with the quality of the service department and the friendliness of the people we've dealt with. More

We were greated by Rich Perry right away. He showed us exactly what we were interested in and after test driving it and getting price, we decided to purchase the SUV. I was unhappy with the high pressure attitude, not being allowed to test drive the vehicle for longer than 15 min. with a salesman present. I wanted to sleep on the decision but was talked out of it. the s allowed to test drive the vehicle for longer than 15 min. with a salesman present. I wanted to sleep on the decision but was talked out of it. the salesman was concerned about was moving a vehicle. He stated several times that that was Green's philosphy, 'to move vehicles'. After i was finally given a moment alone to express my concerns regarding the vehicle/financing/etc. with my spouse, we agreed to the sale. With that said, upon agreement of the sale everything from there went smoothly. The actual transaction went smoothly and Tom was helpful in weighing all our financing options. The mention many times over to fill out this survey too was too much. More

All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and Chris Green was extrememly helpful in assisting me to find a vehicle with the features I needed, and in the price range I had available. I felt no pressure to have to purchase without feeling completely comfortable and informed. I did take time to check out some other vehicles at other local dealerships. I returned to Green's to make my final purchase because I felt Green's worked the hardest to find the vehicle of my needs, and Tom Baxter and Chris Green work diligently to fit it into the budget I had available.
