I'm extremely happy I went to Green,the service was excellent and everyone was friendly. I had been to a couple of dealerships before going to Green but all they were worried about was selling a car ri excellent and everyone was friendly. Audrey Leigh took time to try and find a vehicle that I would like. She didn't try to pressure me in to anything. She wanted me to be happy and wanted to help me find the right vehicle for me! Besides that the other dealers I visited weren't nearly as knowledgable or as friendly! She worked hard to make sure I was happy and got what I wanted and in the end that's what really matters! More
Purchased from Green Buick GMC, a used Mitsubishi 3000 GT, as stated by sales person Trina and manger (Josh) himself, that vehicle was previously owned and driven by (Josh) the manager and that is sound a GT, as stated by sales person Trina and manger (Josh) himself, that vehicle was previously owned and driven by (Josh) the manager and that is sound and clean. They provided lots of maintenance records for the car (timing belt and water pump replaced within last 2000 miles), certified low millage, immaculately clean engine compartment, and vehicle was clean inside and out. After purchasing a vehicle and driving it home (150 miles), there was a antifreeze leak, and within next 200 miles timing belt skipped and engine was destroyed. Dealership just pointed the finger to the shop that replaced the belt and pump, and said that vehicle was sold as is. Pretty shady crew working there, unloading personal cars that they know are bad. I would never by a car from Green Buick GMC again, but I will at Lujak`s Auto Plaza (4 cars from Lujak`s and never a problem). More

After a couple visits I made a decision to buy and the negotiation process was fair. The vehicle I purchased was priced right and they gave me what I wanted for my trade-in. I feel it was a win for me and hopefully for the dealership. Even when it needed some repairs to fix some mechanical problems they were very accomodating. I GIVE GREEN BUICK GMC A GREAT RATING. 5 OUT OF 5! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME. DAN CAME TO SEE ME IN THE PARKING LOT BEFORE I EVEN GOT OUT OF THE CAR. HE TOOK MY NUMBER, ACTUALLY CALLED IT LESS THEN CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME. DAN CAME TO SEE ME IN THE PARKING LOT BEFORE I EVEN GOT OUT OF THE CAR. HE TOOK MY NUMBER, ACTUALLY CALLED IT LESS THEN 10 MINUTES LATER AND WALKED ME THROUGH THE STEPS I NEEDED TO TAKE TO GET MY WHEELS! HE WAS AWESOME WITH MY MOM WHO CAME WITH ME TO BUY MY CAR. I have purchased several cars over the years, and have NEVER had as pleasant an experience as I did with Ricardo at Green. He really is a rare find in a salesman. From the moment we started talking I knew we were going to be well taken care of. I'm a "get in, make a deal, and get out" kind of girl. I do a TON of research on the vehicles I have my eye on ahead of time and don't mess around when it comes to negotiations. With Ricardo, it wasn't "What will it take to get you in this car?", it was "What can I do to make you happy?". If Ricardo didn't know the answer to a question, he didn't pretend to know and guess. He always searched for the answer first before answering. That earned my trust. He made sure I was well-informed and comfortable before moving on. It was nice to feel like I could talk to him without worrying that ANYTHING I said could be used against me in the negotiation process. You don't have to be a 30 year car sales veteran to make a sale. It's my belief that if you follow the Golden Rule and treat others the way you would treat yourself, the doors of opportunity will always be open and people will continue to trust you with their business. I know Ricardo didn't make a mint off my purchase, but, by the time we left, you wouldn't have been able to tell whether he sold me a Pinto or a Porsche. Thanks for a great experience, man! More
