6/25/2012. General Manger, Eric Dresing began correspondence with nsdavis in an effort to clarify and resolve the customer’s concerns. Here is Eric’s email response to the customer on 6/28/12: “I spent some time looking into the matter this morning and wanted to let you know that as of yet we have not received anything from Courtesy requesting a warranty cancellation. Also, there was a notation in our files that you had requested a cancellation shortly after purchasing your Lucerne in July of last year. At that time we gave you a cancellation form that needed to be filled out and informed you that we needed a copy of the odometer statement showing the mileage on the car when it was traded in order to process the refund. We never had those documents returned so that would explain why you didn't receive the refund sooner. In order to get it handled more quickly you can stop by the dealership with a copy of your odometer statement showing that you traded the Lucerne and sign the cancellation form and we can get the refund processed asap. Stop by and see Josh Park or me and we can get it handled for you.” Eric Dresing’s follow-up response to customer on 6/30/2012: “I understand that you came in yesterday with the needed documentation. I will make sure that we get the matter handled immediately and if you have any further questions please call me at the dealership.” We appreciate nsdavis’ feedback and the opportunity to contact him & resolve this matter. Please know that we are always available to address questions and concerns. We would encourage any customer with a concern to contact us immediately so that we may prevent any unnecessary delay in meeting your expectations. Thank You!
