My wife and I recently purchased a new Buick Enclave at Green Buick/GMC. We had been looking for several months to purchase a car and had contacted another dealer. We told friends we were having a problem finding what we were looking for and they told us to contact Ric Zillmer at Green Buick. Ric listened carefully to what we were looking for and then on his computer he immediately located six vehicles exactly like we had described from which we could make our selection. The price of each car was very similar to the best prices we had been given by other dealers. We really appreciated that there were no "games" on pricing or on the value of our trade-in or any high pressure to commit to buy immediately in order to get the best price. Ric introduced us to Jamie Green to spend time with us looking at a couple of the cars they already had on the lot and we went home to make a decision. We called Ric the next day with our choice and he arranged for Jamie Green to meet us when we picked up our new car. Jamie was very thorough in reviewing all the systems and features on the new car with us and made sure everything was set up exactly as we wanted. He introduced us to the service manager and other key persons on the staff and we found everyone to be very knowledgeable and friendly. In the first week we drove the new Buick for more than 600 miles and we are extremely pleased with our purchase.
