My wife and I recently purchased a new Buick Enclave at Green Buick/GMC. We had been looking for several months to purchase a car and had contacted another dealer. We told friends we were having a problem finding what we were looking for and they told us to contact Ric Zillmer at Green Buick. Ric listened carefully to what we were looking for and then on his computer he immediately located six vehicles exactly like we had described from which we could make our selection. The price of each car was very similar to the best prices we had been given by other dealers. We really appreciated that there were no "games" on pricing or on the value of our trade-in or any high pressure to commit to buy immediately in order to get the best price. Ric introduced us to Jamie Green to spend time with us looking at a couple of the cars they already had on the lot and we went home to make a decision. We called Ric the next day with our choice and he arranged for Jamie Green to meet us when we picked up our new car. Jamie was very thorough in reviewing all the systems and features on the new car with us and made sure everything was set up exactly as we wanted. He introduced us to the service manager and other key persons on the staff and we found everyone to be very knowledgeable and friendly. In the first week we drove the new Buick for more than 600 miles and we are extremely pleased with our purchase. Everyone at Green Buick/GMC made this car purchase a very pleasant and outstanding experience. More

It was exceptionally clean, and obviously well cared for. Green Buick GMC made the entire experience smooth & even held the vehicle with a deposit until we could get there to experience it ourselves. I KNEW we would love Green and the van as soon as Trina took a video of the van & emailed it to us! What a nice gesture, with us being so far away and ovbiously not wanting to spend time/money to get all that way without making a purchase. I tell people all the time that we traveled all the way to Davenport to purchase from Green!! The experience was the BEST I have ever had & didnt feel pressured at all!! Dan was amazing! My husband and I needed guidance and Dan offered that with out question. He found us the car we wanted/needed and we felt he and the rest of the Green staff gave us a fair deal. We came with our 2002 Ford Exp. very good condition, a Texas vehicle, with only 82,000 miles on it. The purpose was to find a different 2nd car with front wheel drive,or 4x4 for grocery & grandkid haulin Texas vehicle, with only 82,000 miles on it. The purpose was to find a different 2nd car with front wheel drive,or 4x4 for grocery & grandkid hauling. We had already checked the Blue Book value and knew it should be around $5,975.00. We found a nice little 1997 GMC Jimmy with only 66,000 miles at $4,000. Decided to let them put some numbers down for us and see what happens. While they are taking down our info and and verifying info we are talking deciding how we think they will do this. We figured they would offer us only $5,000 for our Exp. then $2,000 from that would clear the lien. This would leave approx. $3,000 down on the other car and we would have to pick up any additional fees and charges maybe leaving a total due of $1,500 to $1,800, we would have then just wrote a check for the balance and drove home in a different car and they would have a nice EXP. that Blue Book said should sell for $7,500 and sold one of their used cars and got a little cash besides. How stupid were we! This is what they came back with. "Your car is worth $2,000 so with that and the balance of your lien it's a wash. Your payments on the GMC would be $160.00 on the $4,000 price tag. REALLY.....Our 2002 Ford is worth $2,000 less then their 1997 GMC..REALLY..... We would have preferred they just told us from the start after sitting down at the desk that they were not interested in doing business with us then go through all the show and be presented with an offer that just sounds to supid to believe they though anyone would accept. That was our experience with GreenBuick Auto. More

I would like to start out by saying thank you so much to Trina Hayslett and Glenn Baker for your friendliness and care for customer's needs! My wife was looking to update a 1997 Dodge B1500 van that she use Trina Hayslett and Glenn Baker for your friendliness and care for customer's needs! My wife was looking to update a 1997 Dodge B1500 van that she uses to transport animals to no kill shelters. While looking around on the internet I came across Green Buick GMC and discovered that they had a van that was exactly what my wife was looking for. So I e-mailed from the website and recieved a response back from Trina Hayslett. In talking back and forth through e-mails, no matter what question I had or any information that I needed on the Van, Trina was rigt there with an answer. I can not thank her enough for that! So, to make a long story short, Trina had to miss some work and Glenn Baker stepped in to help Trina out. Glenn stepped right up and took full control helping my wife and I out with the test drive and then final paper work on the van. Now my wife and her rescue group are the proud owners of a 2007 Ford Econline E150 wan. Thanks again to both Trina Hayslett and Glenn Baker for making my wife and I feel just like we were part of your family! Plus, another big thank you for the box of dog treats! We went to Green on a Saturday just to see what was available. We found a Ford Freestyle that I really liked. Sam Schmidt was very helpful in answering our questions and let us take a test drive. We wanted to finance through our credit union, so a purchase agreement was written up to take to the bank on Monday. That afternoon, at home, I looked up the vehicle on their web site. It was listed there for $2,000 less than we were quoted. Monday morning my husband stopped in to show them their add, the lower price was honored and a new purchase agreement was printed up. When my husband dropped off the paperwork at the credit union, he was told that they could provide a better deal on the extended warranty. So, we had that removed from the PA. While at the credit union that afternoon, I had to call Sam to get the actual mileage to put on the warranty. The mileage was found to be 2000 lower than the numbers reported on the carfax and on their site. So, after all the running and phone calls, we were back at Green to finalize our purchase.
