And it still costs me $250 for 2 remotes and gas to drive there. You can "play victim" all you want but it comes down to pressure to buy, poor communication on your dealerships part, and lack of doing whats right to help customers instead of continually taking money from them. Potential customers beware.

Sarah, I apologize for this experience. We certainly screwed up today and you didn't deserve to be on the losing end. Your sales person absolutely should have given you the opportunity to leave a deposit on the vehicle. That is the correct process and had they done that this situation would have been avoided.
