Received text message later in the afternoon, vehicle was complete. Replied to text message to confirm latest pick up time, with no answer. Tried calling a couple hours later and left message with another advisor. Finally received a call back end of day confirming 6 pm pick up time. Arrived to pick up vehicle as agreed, to find out tire rotation was not performed. Upon reviewing the inspection report, brake inspection was not performed. They had my vehicle from 8:30 AM until 5:50PM and did not complete work requested and advertised brake inspection as part of oil change scope of work found on their website. More
