Handed over the key and was told exactly what would be done and how long it would take. Well, I went into the lounge for coffee and waited awhile. After about a half hour I saw my vehicle drive by to the pickup area. I went outside and was again greeted by Getulio who told me everything was complete per my request and that the tech made sure all was in order.. I felt treated like a long time customer, even though it was my initial visit. Getulio did an outstanding job as advisor in a friendly, clear, and professional manner. I absolutely would recommend him for your service needs and was impressed by the whole service department. Thanks to all for a job well done More

The paperwork was clearly explained and all documents were carefully prepared and complete. No complaints or issues during sale or delivery, everything was perfect. Good no GREAT person in this crazy world named Vinnie Moya!! Yesterday 12-30-19 I was at the Van Heusen outlet store on 22 and dropped my wallet in the parking lot. Aurora an employee of Green Brook Buick found Yesterday 12-30-19 I was at the Van Heusen outlet store on 22 and dropped my wallet in the parking lot. Aurora an employee of Green Brook Buick found it and brought it to her coworker Vinnie Moya as she was unsure of what to do. Vinnie was also not sure but took it upon himself to locate my address and drove the wallet with ALL OF ITS contents still in my wallet to me. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS MISSING!!!! I tried to offer a monetary reward and he refused. I was just about to contact all my credit card companies, healthcare provider, the bank etc. when the doorbell rang and there stood Vinnie. What a way to end 2019!!! It is refreshing to know that there are individuals that are honest, with good morals and values that still walk among us. The news of the day is usually so depressing. We need more Vinnie's and Aurora's in the world to uplift us all. Yes, they both realized that an individual was probably stressing about losing a wallet with EVERYTHING in it. Vinnie was kind enough to drive it directly to me and not just call to let me know my wallet had been found and I could pick it up. IMAGINE if Vinnie is willing to do this for a complete stranger what he must to do for new and repeat customers. If searching for a vehicle I would recommend that you visit Green Brook Buick and ask for Vinnie Moya as he is definitely one top human being. I hugged him a few times to share just how grateful I was. Hoping 2019 ends on a high note for us all and that 2020 starts a new decade of happiness and meeting more people like Vinnie and Aurora. He is definitely a person I'm glad to have pass through my life. More
This place is god awful! Bait and switch is their specialty. If for some reason you absolutely need a Buick, go to any other dealer. Never buy there again!!!! I have been dealing with Green Brook GMC for years and to be honest there have been minimal issues with them and I have even recommended them to famil I have been dealing with Green Brook GMC for years and to be honest there have been minimal issues with them and I have even recommended them to family and friends who have also purchased vehicles there as well, until today!!! What occurred today with Josh Ferraez has really put me in a position to not only stop buying vehicles from them every 2 years as I have been doing but I am also contemplating trading in my 2019 Terrain Denali & my wife's 2016 Terrain for a totally different model & make. We brought the 2016 Terrain in due to a sound in the front end, the car has 45,000 miles on it and has never been in an accident or gone into potholes. We were told that the strut on the left side had a part failure but we were only going to have to pay a little over $300! First off, at 45,000 miles you really should not have to replace struts unless your car was in an accident or you ran over a pothole, with that said, as a customer who has been purchasing vehicles for over 12 years with them I figured let me go talk to the owners son Josh, I was sure he would come back at us and say, "since your great customers of ours, this time he will take care of it". That did not happen, instead of resolving the issue he was very condescending to the point where I just told my wife, lets go!! I understand its business and no one likes to lose money but, if the car had 60,000 miles on it, this would not be an issue and I would pay whatever the repair cost was. Its a shame it came down to this because the folks I dealt with through out the years such as as Phrampton, who was our sales person and Getulio and Fred from service are the ones who suffer due to the owners son Josh's poor customer service style. In closing just as an FYI, these are the vehicles I bought from them throughout the years: 2013 GMC Terrain - Used 2015 GMC Terrain - New 2016 GMC Terrain - New 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab - New 2019 GMC Terrain Denali - New He was willing to lose this type of business over $300, I'm willing to walk away from that dealership over $300! More
Accomodating, friendly, helpful Mike Santucci is a great salesperson. He worked around me. I did not work around him. He clearly answered my questions. Stan, the supervisor of Pre-Owned, was accommodating and gave me personalized attention. Getulio of the Service Department, too, was helpful making sure I was totally satisfied. He worked around my schedule when I got regular maintenance on my car afterwards. Mel, the woman at Reception, always greeted me with a smile. She, also, was part of the process. She directed me to the right person when needed. Mia, in the Service Department, even cut a few threads hanging off my suit tie. You cannot get any better than that! More

No immediate problem with being handed off from one salesperson to another during test drive, but little did we realize that was a sign of things to come. So you have a motivated cash buyer in your showroom within (3) days of totaling a vehicle, and in the quintessential horrible fashion of proverbially "biting off your nose just to spite your face" the Sales Manager in all of his infinite wisdom determines to only reduce vehicle Selling Price by the Manufacturer's Incentives. What???? You're not placing a-n-y skin in the game??? Well, this isn't the 1970's, and I wasn't born yesterday! Bought our '18 Encore at a much more reputable dealership 25-minutes away in Flemington for thousands (yes, $1,000s) less than this circus act in Green Brook. The ironic thing is that the day before finalizing the deal in Flemington, some other yokel in Green Brook calls begging us to purchase from them for almost the same price. Too late Huckleberry; you snooze you d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y lose! More
