They damaged the roof of our van with their lift My company owns a 2011 Nissan NV2500 high top van. In the process of performing a recall repair Ehrlich Geeley Nissan put our van on a lift and lifted My company owns a 2011 Nissan NV2500 high top van. In the process of performing a recall repair Ehrlich Geeley Nissan put our van on a lift and lifted it up into a metal strut hanging down from the cieling. The collision with the cieling strut damaged the roof of our van. The damage is documented in the service report from the repair work. We have called them multiple times regarding this incident and been told they would make repairs. We have left our van with them twice to get the damage repaired; once for 3 days and once for 5days. The van was not repaired on either occasion and we were told they were just to busy to repair it. This repair is clearly not a prioity to them. The service we have recieved from Ehrlich is sub par on recall issues. When we bring them the van with a list of repairs they have rarely completed the list and frequently made us come back later to finish up. Considering their inability to make repairs in anything close to a timely manner on damage they caused in their own shop, we recommend that you avoid this dealership, the service we have recieved is extremely poor. Finance Department Salesman was great, knowledgeable and friendly eager to help. Finance Dept. not so much in the beginning. Iman was not very friendly and rude w/ my mo Salesman was great, knowledgeable and friendly eager to help. Finance Dept. not so much in the beginning. Iman was not very friendly and rude w/ my mom. When she got her truck they FAILED to tell her she needed proof of CO address, as she comes for the summer but leaves before winter every year. Iman told my mom that she would need to return the truck if she couldn't prove residence for the bank. So she drove ALL way from UT to resolve the issue. I went in w/ her to speak w/ Iman to get him to understand she DOESN'T live in CO, she stays w/ her daughters doesn't receive any thing mail wise from TX; THANK GOD, that Otto took over for Iman due to an emergency. Anyhow Otto was more specific and more attentive and SO defused a situation that was spiraling fast. And it didn't have to be a situation so stressful and upsetting to my mom she was very very upset. She didn't have to get a CO drivers license, just some simple paper work w/ her name on it and the address of where the vehicle is registered. Otto, went above and beyond to make the bank understand she doesn't RESIDE in CO and the bank was willing to figure out another option so my mom could keep the truck, she LOVES!! 100% I would deal w/ Otto and not Iman he was not professional at all in this whole matter, lack of information, and being rude was not necessary he should of paid more attention to his customer concerns. Mom would of had a better experience if she dealt w/ Otto from the beginning he understood her clearly. Otto thank you thank you for making this a bit easier for my mom. You are a great finance person, if I should ever need a car and I end up at Nissan, I will personally as for you!! Awesome Awesome job, my mom is so relieved. I can't thank you enough. More

The sales person, Blaine, was very knowledgeable about the different trims available on the maxima. He very much wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase and was able to locate exactly what we wanted in a very timely manner. There was no pressure from him to purchase a car already on the lot. As a matter of fact, we liked that he was not aggressive at all and we enjoyed visiting with him while our paperwork was being prepared. When we signed the paperwork Mike was very organized and informative. We highly recommend not only the Nissan Maxima, (this is our 4th), but Greeley Nissan for those who are car shopping. More
Nissan Titan service 10/29/2015 I brought my 2004 Titan in yesterday to have the 100k service done. The dealer did a great job and they even accommodated my request for a Japanese rental car ( I don't drive american cars after a bad experience with them). I had to pick up my truck after hours and they agreed to have my truck parked out front with the key in the sales room waiting for me. I appreciate that very much. It was awesome to go in a see the amazing skyline and sit in it, its still my dream car! The only issue I had was that they forgot to record the service in my trucks service booklet, otherwise no issues. I would highly recommend their shop!. More
Excellent Service LONG STORY SHORT.... I HAVE A 2008 NISSAN XTERRA THAT I LOVE..BOUGHT BRAND NEW IN FT.COLLINS, AT 80 K MILES I STARTED HAVING ISSUES WITH THE AIRBAGS.. LONG STORY SHORT.... I HAVE A 2008 NISSAN XTERRA THAT I LOVE..BOUGHT BRAND NEW IN FT.COLLINS, AT 80 K MILES I STARTED HAVING ISSUES WITH THE AIRBAGS... TOOK IT TO SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS AND THEY WOULD FIX ONE AIRBAG ISSUE AND THEN ANOTHER WOULD POP UP..... I EVEN FILED A CLAIM WITH NISSAN. AS A LAST DITCH EFFORT I BROUGHT IT TO GREELEY NISSAN AND PLANNED ON THE SAME OLD STORY...MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, BECAUSE THE MECHANIC (SCOTT) HAD READ UP ON THE HISTORY OF MY CAR AND TOOK SOME EXTRA TIME, SCOTT WAS ABLE TO SEE THAT IT WASN'T THE WHOLE AIR BAG ASSEMBLY(LIKE EVERY OTHER DEALERSHIP SAID).... AND JUST A LITTLE BROKEN CONNECTOR. GREELEY NISSAN COULD OF RIPPED ME OFF AND I WOULD OF SPENT OVER $700.00 TO FIX IT, BUT BECAUSE THEY ARE A GOOD REPUTABLE & HONERABLE DEALERSHIP I WALKED OUT THE DOOR FEELING LIKE FOR ONCE AND ONLY ONCE I WAS DEALT WITH HONESTY AND INTEGRITY AND I WILL NEVER GO ANY OTHER PLACE FOR SERVICE OR TO BUY A NEW CAR OR CARS...ALSO ANDREW IN SERVICE WAS AMAZING!!!! One of the best car buying experiences ever. I walked in with a car that was worth what I owed, not great credit and a bad taste with dealers that tried to push my budget passed is limits. I walked in talked to the salesman, the manager came over right away and said what can you do? I told him. He left once came back and said take your new car. The financial manager did his best to get me the best deal possible. Called me the same day with a better offer from the bank with coverage warranty added in. With a better payment plan. Used car buyers beware Bought a used car from Greeley Nissan. Was told it was fully serviced and that everything was in great shape. Got under the hood and tightened battery cables. Fully serviced but has loose cables? Ok The next day the service engine soon light pops on. This had been on prior to purchasing and we were told it got all taken care of by replacing the mass air flow sensor. Obviously not. Spent an hour at the service center only to be told well we shut it down and started it up and the light is off. When questioned about what caused it were told it was just a random code. Huh? Also found out they didn't replace the airflow sensor it was an air leak and they taped it. So off we go with no explanation as to why the light came on. Also during the hour I was there I saw the salesman who sold me the car. He could not be bothered to make eye contact, let alone say hello or apologize. He got his money already. Needless to say we will not be purchasing from Greeley Nissan again and I wouldn't trust their service center to do any repairs correctly. More
