I like these guys. I have purchased 3 vehicles here. All of them were fair and no surprises. It is alot simpler if you have a good product. The Titan surprised me w I have purchased 3 vehicles here. All of them were fair and no surprises. It is alot simpler if you have a good product. The Titan surprised me when I found out the warranty was 5 yr 100,000 bumper to bumper. Sealed the deal for me. I have owned 3 Tundras, ... never again. Why?, because its better built. See for yourself. More
Service Department will try to Scam you. My wife's Murano had a transmission issue and so we took it into this dealership to get an assessment on it. First they guy on the phone said that th My wife's Murano had a transmission issue and so we took it into this dealership to get an assessment on it. First they guy on the phone said that there would be a $150 diagnostic fee (not unusual) and that if they did the work it would go down to $125. Then when my wife goes in with the tow truck and the Murano, another guy told her the diagnostic fee is waved if they do the work. Another Nissan dealer 20 miles away had the same fee for $99. This diagnostic test didn't even include hooking it up to the computer, they just drove it around and checked the dipstick on the transmission (I could have done that). They gave me a quote on a new transmission and labor around $6700. I double checked all the parts and labor estimate and only came up with $5100 on the same estimate they handed me. They didn't really even seem like that was a big deal that they made a mistake on the estimate. What if someone wouldn't have checked the math? I then took the vehicle to a different transmission shop not to far away and got the same replacement transmission for $2100 instead of the $2500 that Nissan dealership was marking up. In the end, the estimate at the other transmission shop totaled $3700, a whole $3000 cheaper than the original estimate from this Nissan service department, and $1400 cheaper than when I checked their math. This place just has the feeling of a place that will mark up everything they can, and squeeze as many $$$ out of you as they can. Make sure you double check everything here, and personally I wouldn't take anything here due to a lack of trust in the management. The mechanic was a good guy however, but seems the management of the service department is very questionable. More
Service Department will try to Scam you. My wife's Murano had a transmission problem and so we took it into the service department. First the diagnostic fee is $150, which the Nissan dealers My wife's Murano had a transmission problem and so we took it into the service department. First the diagnostic fee is $150, which the Nissan dealership 20 mi away is $99 and other mechanics in the area charge $80 to $100 for the same service. The diagnostic that the dealership ran didn't even include hooking the car up to the computer. They drove it around, and checked the dipstick (I could have done this). The first estimate they gave us for labor and a new transmission was around $6700. When I went through all the items, the max I could calculate on the same estimate was $5100. What if I hadn't checked their estimate? We then take the murano to another transmission mechanic not far away, the total estimate for a replacement transmission and labor came in at around $3700. This was nearly $3000 less than the original estimate and $1400 less from the revised estimate the dealership provided. Even when I pointed out that the first estimate was wrong, it seemed i was the one that was being a burden because I didn't go along with the first estimate. This place just feels like they will mark up everything the can and milk as much money out of you as possible. The transmission cost $2100 from Nissan at the other transmission shop, yet this dealership was charging $2500. I will never return to this dealership. One bright spot, the mechanic was really nice and seemed honest, but the management of this service department seems to be the issue to me. More

Good deal- questionable sales process 2016 Altima- Love the car and Year end price was good . The free "Greeley difference" extended warranty brought us in along with the internet pricing. 2016 Altima- Love the car and Year end price was good . The free "Greeley difference" extended warranty brought us in along with the internet pricing. We ultimately chose an Altima over a Rogue. The salesman and manager did not offer us the internet price on this vehicle so we haggled back and forth for 30 minutes on price. After price was agreed, I found the Internet price was $150.00 lower than what was "negotiated ". Jake said he'd make it up... yeah right! Then later I read the fine print on the free extended warranty and the finance guy pretty much admitted they had no intention of making Good on that warranty. It was a cheap aftermarket thing that would be void if you changed the oil at 5010 miles instead of 5000. I'm confident my Altima is going to be a great car for years and will probably not need the extra warranty. My advice: Do your homework before you go in and have internet access during the negotiations More
Brand new lemon with no customer service follow up what-so-e I had used and trusted Erlich Nissan from the first day I took my 2007 frontier to them for over 9 years. Now the dealership has changed hands and I s I had used and trusted Erlich Nissan from the first day I took my 2007 frontier to them for over 9 years. Now the dealership has changed hands and I stupidly thought I could trust them to do right by me. Such was not to be what happened. I purchased a cash deal on a new 2016 frontier in the morning of 12/29/2016. Upon getting 15 minutes from the dealership, the vehicle stability sensor came on. Took it back to the service dept, and was told it would take the entire day to remedy. No apologies, no dialog other than we will fix it which supposedly they did and returned the truck to us that night. On Jan 3 I left for an international trip as a civilian military contractor only to return on Jan 26 to find that the horn ring in the truck is totally displaced, the horn itself DOESN'T work and the drivers seat has a deep separation from the seat bottom to the seat back. What upsets me the most is that I called to make an appointment and was told they are pretty booked, so I could bring it in next Monday Jan 30 to have them "take a look at it". This is customer service????? I don't think so. A simple call from the manager or owner would have worked for me, but it's pretty obvious now that this dealership is all about just the $ now and customer service is no longer part of their goal. Will follow up after I "hesitantly" go back to have the shoddy work fixed. More
