Great dealership, have been doing business with them since 2000. Toyota Bob always has a smile, Chris in service department the best ever but they are all very good. They all treat you like royalty, from best sales deals, best customer service, down to the little things like amenities in the waiting room, Starbucks coffee, free snack bars, a designated partialed off play area for the kids, even a special technician to help you with anything techy like blue tooth set up to how to operate all the new "smart car" features. They can do nothing wrong in my book and I plan on sticking with them as long as I am owning or buying a car. More

LaRiche is about 3 hours from my home, so I didn't want to waste time on a long road trip. I contacted the LaRiche dealership and spoke with Andre Roach. He promptly answered all of my questions (I had a fairly extensive list), sent me close up photos, a video walk-around, and pulled service records for me. We quickly negotiated a very fair price over the phone and had everything arranged to complete the sale before we made the trip the next day. Upon arrival, everything was just as described. We inspected the vehicle, took a test drive with Andre, and completed paperwork all in about an hour. They honored my request and didn't waste my time on extra sales pitches, warranties, etc. I could not have been more pleased with the experience. Highly recommended. More

worst experience ever I was lied to about the price of the car. I was told it was priced at 22,000 and the sticker said 19,000. I was talked into a cleaning package which I was lied to about the price of the car. I was told it was priced at 22,000 and the sticker said 19,000. I was talked into a cleaning package which costs me an extra 15 dollars a month and now I find out that the reason I can't get them to clean my seats is because it is not in the computer that I paid for the package. So the one time I thought I was getting my seats cleaned the service department lied to me and said they cleaned my seats. (And they did NOT!) Oh and I was also told that the salesman who sold me the car does not work there anymore. Kind of funny Rob since you do still work there... Do not shop for a car here. You will be ripped off!!!!! More

The BEST car dealership in Northwest Ohio I am a first time car buyer. I spent the previous day before going to LaRiche Subaru, traveling to different car dealerships in the Toledo, Maumee and I am a first time car buyer. I spent the previous day before going to LaRiche Subaru, traveling to different car dealerships in the Toledo, Maumee and Waterville area and found myself extremely disappointed. After finding a Subaru Forester online through LaRiche, I knew I wanted to come in and test drive it. Throughout the whole experience, from walking in the door to buying my first car, the whole LaRiche staff went above and beyond my expectations. Derek Gillian was my salesman and there are not enough words to emphasis how great he was. He answered all of the questions I had, gave helpful information, and I did not feel pressure to buy a car. Just when I thought they had already topped the lousy Columbus dealers I tried VERY hard to work with they delivered the car to Columbus in less then 24 hours after they received the vehicle in stock, helping me avoid a costly and timely 2 hour drive up north in the middle of a busy work week. The individual delivering the vehicle took time to go over all of the paperwork with me, and even some of the feature in the car, not before long I was on my way home- and know I will purchase from them the next time around.
