Good experience. This was our first time buying from Great Lakes Toyota. Rob Tong was wonderful. He answered every question and explained everything about the car to us. He is as asset to this dealership for sure. We waited 3 1/2 months for the car which wasn't their fault. Everything was perfectly done. The $2,000 mark up over the sticker price was disappointing. We probably would have considered an extended warranty if that hadn't been done. That was the only issue that tarnished the entire experience. Every other aspect was perfect. More

The ad on car was misleading and traveled over 2 hours just to find a dishonest car review. The pictures I received did not show front bumper that was cracked, did not have heated front seats, the car was just to find a dishonest car review. The pictures I received did not show front bumper that was cracked, did not have heated front seats, the car was exceptionally DIRTY and it looks like a flood happened - the engine had visible rust and some other nasty things under the hood. The ad on auto trader stated that the car was in great condition, had heated seats and no damage, so practically a lie. very disappointed that we traveled so far to find out this was a tactic to buy the car. I especially asked about any issues with the car and was told the car was great besides minor scratches. Whoever buys this car is gonna have issues in the future. More
