Catherine Lawrence spent a great deal of time helping me select a vehicle that met my needs and helping me clean out and get my two trade ins to the lot. She also took time to explain he technology on my n select a vehicle that met my needs and helping me clean out and get my two trade ins to the lot. She also took time to explain he technology on my new vehicle so i would know how to operate it. Grant Thompson got me through all of the paperwork so I could pay the difference and get the new vehicle registered and titled. I did have to repeatedly tell him I did not want any extended warranties on any of the features other than what the manufacturer provided at no additional cost. But he was no worse than my experience at a GM dealership where i bought my last three new vehicles. More

Very fast, friendly and efficient customer service form all involved @ Great Lakes Toyota. Changed oil and rotated the tires, did the standard safety checks on my 2016 Tundra. Arrived 10 minutes early, worker came right out and said it would be ready within 45 minutes and to take a seat in the lobby.
