4 stars for Service Writer Lindsey, she was fantastic. I had a battery issue & I got my car in immediately, I liked that very much. What I didn't like was the $160 labor just to swap it. I won't do that again at the dealer. :( The prices the dealerships charge should be a crime & for that I give the dealership 1 star. More
