I scheduled and oil change and tire rotation and presented Lindsey a coupon for a tire rotation $16.95 when I checked in. After service was performed, my bill was for a synthetic oil change, which I presented Lindsey a coupon for a tire rotation $16.95 when I checked in. After service was performed, my bill was for a synthetic oil change, which I didn't receive, she corrected the bill. I then noticed that I was charged full price for the tire rotation, I took the invoice back and they was corrected. More
