Based on my research I just needed my tire pressure sensor reset but you insisted that I needed one replaced for $350. I worked with Andre Roche and Thomas Willison. They were phenomenal, we purchased a used vehicle site unseen. Andre recorded a personal video of the interior and exterior and answered all my quest They were phenomenal, we purchased a used vehicle site unseen. Andre recorded a personal video of the interior and exterior and answered all my questions. All the paperwork was handled through Thomas and he got us an excellent rate. He and Andre work together to get the vehicle delivered to my home over two hours away the same day we made the purchase. I will definitely do business with Great Lakes Toyota again. Their experience and professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. Five stars. More
