My experience with Great Lakes Toyota/ Subaru was VERY pleasant! From the time I was greeted at the door, introduced to a salesman (Jose Esnard) eventually leading to a purchase of a Subaru, was nothing pleasant! From the time I was greeted at the door, introduced to a salesman (Jose Esnard) eventually leading to a purchase of a Subaru, was nothing but first class! I cannot say enough about Jose, the salesman/ specialist. (On a side note, it's been over 13 years since I purchased a car.) He made the experience very pleasurable & easy.
