people were friendly - my only complaint is how long it took. My appointment was for 2:10. I arrived a little before 2. they did get me right in. I was only getting an oil change - no tire rotation, nothing else. It was 2:55 when my truck was done. Starting the clock when my appoint was (2:10) that's 45 minutes to do a simple oil change. I know they do an inspection (which I did not tell them to do). but....... so there is my feedback. I usually don't like doing this, but you asked. Maybe in the future you can give people an idea on how long it might take. More
Awful experience. I have a maintenance plan in which I asked the guy if my tires were to be rotated (in addition to the oil change). He said “No.” I didn’t think too I have a maintenance plan in which I asked the guy if my tires were to be rotated (in addition to the oil change). He said “No.” I didn’t think too much of it but then he came out with a bill in which he confidently stated “I double checked and you don’t have that plan.” I explained to him, I had a couple more on the plan. What do you know, third time is the charm. “All is well…” as he tried to rush me out. I inquired about the tire rotation in which he told me “you never asked for that” again I had to correct the man and told him I inquired initially. I just don’t enjoy someone doing a halfass job and then lying to my face about it. Its one thing if one doesn’t know but its another to lie. I’m really disappointed about the whole thing. Not a fan. They didn’t even reset the maintenance notification that pops up on the speedometer. Note: Just make sure you have them triple check things if you have questions. More
