After waiting 3 hours on I75 South for a tow truck, Noah in Subarus service department was a bright spot in my day. I called to tell Noah I would be arriving via tow truck, he said the service dept. was clo in Subarus service department was a bright spot in my day. I called to tell Noah I would be arriving via tow truck, he said the service dept. was closing but he would wait for me. I had to stay in Findlay overnight and before 8 am the next morning, he had checked my car, ordered a part and called me to tell me I could use one of their cars until mine was ready. Noah was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and truly concerned about my dilemma. I would highly recommend Great Lakes Subaru, they turned a negative experience into a positive. Thank you. I’ve had ongoing issues with my 2022 Tacoma for 9 months now and as of July 30th I’ve had it in 4 times for the same issue. I finally went thru the sales associate that sold me the truck and he got things r now and as of July 30th I’ve had it in 4 times for the same issue. I finally went thru the sales associate that sold me the truck and he got things rolling. So now I just got it back on the 31st with the same 3 issues a AC and fan that will just kick on high that we still don’t know why, the radio just kicks off they said they had to do a manual update to reset it and on the way home from the dealership it did it again and the tire pressure warning that comes on the screen now may be because of a car starter I had put on because Toyota doesn’t supply one and when I bought the truck I was told I would have to buy my own but now that might be the problem but we’re not sure. I was told to bring the truck back again 2 1/2 round trip and I was given a loaner which I refilled back up but I wasn’t given the same respect I was asked to drive it down to have it looked at so I guess that was my responsibility to eat that gas also, all around a terrible experience with the same results. More
