To Whom It May Concern, I had a questionable experience getting my car serviced on Thursday afternoon. I waited in the lounge as I usually do, watching TV and then all of a sudden one of the s experience getting my car serviced on Thursday afternoon. I waited in the lounge as I usually do, watching TV and then all of a sudden one of the salesmen got upset about something and was walking over to the south door and swearing loudly and went outside to do something. In a couple of minutes he was brought back to the door and got out of a white van that a girl was driving. He came back in and came into the lounge to get something to drink and spoke, (Spanish, I think) to another man waiting on his car as well. The salesman looks a bit “dis-shoveled” and I’m not sure if he has “issues” or what exactly is going on with him, but it was totally inappropriate. Other salesmen came over to him after he came back in to his desk. They were talking with him and patting him on the back to apparently “calm him”. I had a coupon that you had emailed to me and presented it when I paid my bill. The woman said, “you need to take all of this paperwork back out to the one that scheduled you and she will need to fix this”. I did as she asked and then returned the paperwork to her. I paid my bill and didn’t even get a thank you for doing her job! I left to go to my car. I saw that it had been washed but it didn’t look like it had been dried off. Water droplets all over it and on the windows. I again couldn’t believe what was going on. I got in to my car and THEN it wouldn’t start…………I discovered It had been pulled up in the bay/waiting area by someone, they turned the car off, got out and left it in gear! Really! I have been a customer of this dealership for YEARS! I have never seen this operation so poor. I couldn’t believe it! I had such an unsettling feeling when I left there, but I was so glad to be leaving I didn’t go back in to complain. Something didn’t feel right when I walked in and it got worse by the minute. After completely messing up my previous appointment and never picking my car up (this was highly unusual) they did fine this time around. Disappointing that I had my vehicle in to be serviced and the fog lamp that was out when I took my vehicle in was not replaced even though the service paperwork said that they checked all my lights. So either the lights were not checked or it just wasn’t changed for some reason. More
