The multipoint inspection indicated my tires had more tread, and my brakes had more depth than the previous visit, about nine months ago. (Coincidentally, they all measured "6" this time.) Neither tires nor brakes had been serviced since the last visit. My car was returned with a large filthy handprint on my driver's windowsill and dirt on the passenger floor mat. I had cleaned them both (vacuuming and washing the floor mat) before the visit. Service quality has declined since Great Lakes Subaru bought the dealership and they started servicing other brands of cars. When I dropped the car off I saw 3-4 mechanics standing around looking at their phones. I received at least five requests (two by email, three by text message) to leave a review since the visit.
