Awful experience. I have a maintenance plan in which I asked the guy if my tires were to be rotated (in addition to the oil change). He said “No.” I didn’t think too I have a maintenance plan in which I asked the guy if my tires were to be rotated (in addition to the oil change). He said “No.” I didn’t think too much of it but then he came out with a bill in which he confidently stated “I double checked and you don’t have that plan.” I explained to him, I had a couple more on the plan. What do you know, third time is the charm. “All is well…” as he tried to rush me out. I inquired about the tire rotation in which he told me “you never asked for that” again I had to correct the man and told him I inquired initially. I just don’t enjoy someone doing a halfass job and then lying to my face about it. Its one thing if one doesn’t know but its another to lie. I’m really disappointed about the whole thing. Not a fan. They didn’t even reset the maintenance notification that pops up on the speedometer. Note: Just make sure you have them triple check things if you have questions. More

He explained it in an understandable way but also knew that it was a lot to process. He set us up for a return visit to tweak our abilities and probably undo our goof ups. Either way he is also just a phone call away and we are very grateful that this is a continuing relationship and that they were not just finished with us at the end of the deal!! More
