To whom ever this may concern, I would like to first and foremost say thank you. Purchasing a new vehicle has been in my past experience stressful, time consuming, mentally taxing, and for myself personally foremost say thank you. Purchasing a new vehicle has been in my past experience stressful, time consuming, mentally taxing, and for myself personally, has ended in unsatisfactory results. I was referred to Great Lakes Toyota Subaru by a friend. I took the chance and went into the dealership not know what to expect. I arrived at the dealership, found the car I was interested in and was greeted by a young gentleman named Drew shortly after my arrival. We talked for a brief time after I decided I wanted to test drive the car. I was sold. I wanted the car. Where did I need to sign at the dotted line. Unfortunately to my surprise I was informed that the car had a number of issues that I didn’t have the capability to fix. To my surprise he was able to quickly and efficiently find me a better car, cheaper and more reliable. I would like to say - I am not sure what kind of a salesman would take the chance to turn down a car sale because the car simply wasn’t reliable, however he did. For that I owe him and appreciate more than words could ever express. So to The young man who has character and isn’t there to scam innocent people I will be returning the next time I need a car and I will be sure to do everything in my power to refer as many people your way as I can.
