I don't think I dealt with Grant Thompson? I had Tony for financial. Mike was very helpful and worked great with me to be able to purchase this car. The only problem I have, and I don't kno I had Tony for financial. Mike was very helpful and worked great with me to be able to purchase this car. The only problem I have, and I don't know if it's a dealership practice or Mike's, not letting or offering the customer a chance to test drive the car. He drove it and showed me all the features, but at my age, and not having a car prior to this that has all the 'smart' features, I didn't retain any of it. And my car didn't have a manual with it, so it is frustrating trying to figure out how to use all the features. I had to call Mike a second time for a manual and he had advised he couldn't find one for my year of car, so he did send me after that call ad 2019 Subaru Crosstrek manual. I am bringing my car back for touch up of paint that was off the back and one other spot and Mike said there was no charge and he would fill my tank, so I am bringing it in on the 13th of December. My financial person was okay, very focused on filling out my paperwork and selling me warranties, not much personal interaction at all. More
