My car went to the dealer 3 times for intermitent engine issues after my regualar mechanic replaced the fuel pump with an aftermarket part. Long story short the dealership discovered that the fuel pump was defective. I worked with Noah all 3 times. He was friendly, easy to work with, and cared about resolving my issue. Great Lakes Subaru doesn't over book customers like most dealers do to maximize profit. They also won't over sell me on service that is not broken. This is why I will give them them my busineess when I have complex problems that require their expertise. Thank you for your assistance. More
Dealership was clean and very active with customers buying autos, asked for Charly as per phone conversation. He offered drinks and snacks then got the car and brought to front of building, installed d buying autos, asked for Charly as per phone conversation. He offered drinks and snacks then got the car and brought to front of building, installed dealer tag for test drive. After returning to dealership he came out and asked how I liked it in which I said I’ll buy it. Unlike many dealerships before 3 1/2 -5 hours later, from time of arrival to the point of driving home was only 1 1/2 hours and he also offered snacks and drinks for the road. I found this vehicle online being out of state (7+) hours. Called and Travis Hartman gave me the information on the vehicle along with a video noting no damages to the vehicle. Once I did receive the vehicle at 11:39pm yep that’s right. The car was filthy, covered in road grime and salt. Notified Travis Hartman that the vehicle had damages ( several dings and paint missing on the passenger door) instructed they would file a claim with the shipping company and for me to call the company also then notified them back. Well I notified the shipping company and tried calling Great Lakes back and never received a call back. Look they did offer a good deal but the whole process was a pain. Then receiving a slightly damaged vehicle that was introduced as perfect. Then they expect you to arrange a claim with the shipping company and don’t call you back is a joke. So if you want a good deal go to Great Lakes, but if you want to deal with someone or a company that really care after the sale please go somewhere else. I paid out of pocket for the repairs and only asked for someone to just split the bills but keep getting the run around. Spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else, trust me. More

Everything was done well but the parts did not arrive on time to complete the service in a timely manner. We should have brought the vehicle back when the parts arrived. My wife did not like not having he time to complete the service in a timely manner. We should have brought the vehicle back when the parts arrived. My wife did not like not having her Rav 4 to drive but they give a vehicle to drive. Lindsey worked with Spitzer to arrange for the bill to be covered under our warranty. Thank you !!! More
