Jose lied about car being up to date and having a recall. advertised new wipers. All lies. When I caught him in the lie and addressed it he stop all communication and did nothing to help me. His lie cost me late hours and hours on the road with a broke down car and a visit and cost to local dealer who fixed the issue. Ed Black came through and resolved all issues. The multipoint inspection indicated my tires had more tread, and my brakes had more depth than the previous visit, about nine months ago. (Coincidentally, they all measured "6" this time.) Neither tires nor brakes had been serviced since the last visit. My car was returned with a large filthy handprint on my driver's windowsill and dirt on the passenger floor mat. I had cleaned them both (vacuuming and washing the floor mat) before the visit. Service quality has declined since Great Lakes Subaru bought the dealership and they started servicing other brands of cars. When I dropped the car off I saw 3-4 mechanics standing around looking at their phones. I received at least five requests (two by email, three by text message) to leave a review since the visit. The text messages are all from different phone numbers. More
