Dennis Hyundai is a good place to do business I can into contact with the Dennis dealership because of a good TV ad about the Ioniq. From the time a walked into Dennis and met Jim Lindsey I was t I can into contact with the Dennis dealership because of a good TV ad about the Ioniq. From the time a walked into Dennis and met Jim Lindsey I was treated well and fairly. Jim kept me posted of all the developments in the sales process both by phone and email. The car is performing as advertised and I will encourage others to talk to Jim and drive and Ioniq. More

Good sales person but terrible credit department Had pre approved loan from Chase but credit manager wanted to do risk based pricing in order to try and sell me other things including loan insurance. Terrible experience that almost caused me to walk out. In the end Chase persuaded him that I did not have to apply again but only after I called Chase myself. Chase was great. Hyundai Review I love my new leased Hyundai and am very happy with my new car! However, I did not receive my new car until 10 days after I signed my lease. This dealership needs to work on their communication skills. The sales team did allow me to resign my lease and were very nice to me and apologetic. However, this dealership caused me so much frustration and I felt that they really didn't care about my car leasing experience. I was made so many empty promises. I currently have an issue with my Hyundai that I need to discuss with the sales team and no one has returned my calls. It has been 5 days and 3 phone calls to the dealership sales team and I have heard from no one. More

I spoke with Rebecca Ammann and she totally understood my needs. I would highly recommend her. She had knowledge of the vehicle and provided excellent service. Went in at 7:30 to the service department with my 2016 and drove out at 11:30 with my totally upgraded 2018. . .The vehicle has even more features than I thought I would have in an upgrade. . . Rebecca was awesome. More

It was kind of deceptive as it made it look like a 24K vehicle would be $15K. I understand why you do that.. it DID get me into the dealership. However, even the salesman admitted that was rather deceptive. "No one qualifies for all the discounts" he remarked.. Why put them all in and put the price as if you would? I know .. I know.. to get folks in. However. The 24K vehicle.. they were able to get it down to 19K with what discounts I did qualify for.. so I was satisfied.. More
