They all started out very nice and helpful and I enjoyed dealing with them...but then things turned ugly. Horrible experience. Gave me the run around. IT GIVES UP ALL YOUR RIGHTS BASICALLY, SO IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH THE CAR OR FINANCING YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IF you don't have decent credit dont go there. They hit "auto dial" when sending out your credit application and wont stop sending it until they either run out of places to send it or get an offer. You will have 7+ people checking your credit which goes against your score. Most dealerhips will send it to two and if they dont get an approval, they stop!!!! They will do anything they can to get you in the car, but if you have a problem after that, you are screwed!!! More
When I walked into the dealership at no time did I feel pressure from anyone. I felt like I was talking with friends. I bought my car because of the deal I was getting and how honest everyone was with th pressure from anyone. I felt like I was talking with friends. I came to look for a new Hyundai Sonata, the sales person was friendly and professional. After the test drive we started talking price, basically we started with list price, minus rebate , came to $18.495. T was friendly and professional. Then he asked me what I was ready to offer, I needed to sign for my offer, so I started low, $15.000. He came back from the sales manager, price unchanged, so then I said we are done, got up and started to leave. Then the sales manager came over and asked me what I was trying to do, told me my offer was ridiculous. I told him , to get a car at the lowest price. Then he said they did not need my business , as I left we basically got into a heated argument, (faces 1 inch apart), very upsetting, has never happened to me before. Will never go to this dealer again. More
