I've had to have the steering wheel column worked on twice (whining and changing out the paddle shifter). Each time they took apart the steering column and put it back together, the steering wheel is m twice (whining and changing out the paddle shifter). Each time they took apart the steering column and put it back together, the steering wheel is more tight and the car tends to drift to the left of center when driving. This time the vehicle was fine (no drifting) before it went in for repairs. After it was picked up and I drove it, the vehicle was drifting to the left. I took it back in for them to repair, but even when the tech test drove with me, he saw and felt the same thing that I did ... the drifting to the left. The service advisor, Roy Sanders took it to the service manager, Mike Harris and they declined on repairing our vehicle. IT WAS NOT DRIFTING TO THE LEFT WHEN I TOOK IT IN FOR THE REPAIRS!!! I know I am not the only Hyundai owner who has not experienced the drifting to the left of center while driving. Dennis Hyundai Sawmill does not value their customers. They treat their customers as though they do not know anything about their vehicle. If the service reps are so knowledgeable as they claim to be, they should know why the cars they service do the things that they do and should be able to relay that information to the customer and offer assistance in helping to get it fixed. I would never buy a car from these crooks! We went in to buy a used car for my daughter. After the salesman told us a number that we could get the car at he went to the sales manager and came back with a m buy a used car for my daughter. Sales manager is rude and takes the negotiating process as a personal affront to himself if you don't agree to his number. Stay far away from these slick used car salesmen!!! More
We visited Dennis Hyundai of Dublin twice looking to buy a new car. The sales man we worked with was very friendly and seemed to be genuinely working to get us a price we could afford. We left the first time, planning to evaluate our options and the numbers we had been given and came to the conclusion that we just weren't ready to buy yet, until we got a phone call from the dealer saying they could meet our maximum price point. We drove up to the dealership only to be given a higher number, out of our price range when we arrived. After much back and forth, a sales manager was brought in. He was the most rude, condescending individual I have ever worked with. He must not have needed to sell a car that day. I don't mind if a sales person let's me know that what were askin isn't possible, but I do demand a little respect. Ultimately, we left and went to another dealership. The difference was a few dollars a month, but I would never buy a car from that sales manager. When were in the market for a second new car in six months, we know which dealer to avoid. More

The sales staff were patient, and listened to my needs. The financing offer was unmatched, and professional. I cannot say enough about everyone working so hard. The staff stayed late to get this taken care of, and I appreciated everything more than I can say. Thanks guys! More

Instead of using existing holes in the bumper they used metal screws and drilled their advertising plate directly onto the front bumper of the car.. and they didn't even put their stupid plate on straight. Masterson and Dennis both called me a liar, told me I couldn't prove anything and Masterson said that he couldn't believe he had wasted his time walking out on the lot to talk to me. I filed a BBB report.. and tried to get the bumper fixed with a vandalism claim from my insurance company... but since Dennis damaged the car when they owned it I was out of luck. These Dennis guys are nasty creeps and really miserable to deal with,, when the sale is done they don't care if you're satisfied or !! More
The day after purchasing the car, we noticed that the headlights would go out whenever the brake was pushed. They gave me the run around for days. No one would return my calls. I finally got a hold of someone and took it into their shop. They waited all day to tell me I had to take it some place else. While it was in the other shop, they refused to give me a loaner car. I had to pay for the rental out of pocket. They refused to reimburse me for the rental. Their exact quote was, "It's not our problem." Once the papers were signed, they washed their hands of the Lemon that they sold me. Each employee I talked to was rude and downright disrespectful. I will never use their services again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. More

They checked the code, it is the Fuel Evaporation Purge Valve, the diagnostic fee $79.95. To replace the valve, they charged another $60 labor fee. No, the diagnostic fee was not credited toward the repair cost like should be. The complain: this dealer charges way too much for simple services, the diagnostic procedure merely takes 5 minutes, charging $80 is robbery in plain day light! What's more, the service department is not honest: I asked where is the purge valve, they told me the purge valve is on top the fuel tank, they would lower the fuel tank slightly to get to it. That was such an eloquent lie! The purge valve, as I found out later, is in the front engine bay, just under the intake manifold. It was very easy to get to, I could have replace it myself in 5 minutes. So, as a result, I am out $180 for the simple fix. What a rip-off! Also, in the same visit, they try to sell me: $145 for Drive belts $400 for timing belt replacement (not including the drive belts) $139.95 for fuel system tune-up $95 for battery (saying the battery failed test, but it is still working fine 2 years later!) $125 for coolant flush $165.95 for transmission fluid (but the car is a Manual shifter) $170 for spark plugs (tune-up) $60 for PCV valve ... the list goes on... Frieds, this is not an honest dealer, stay away from them. More

IT GIVES UP ALL YOUR RIGHTS BASICALLY, SO IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH THE CAR OR FINANCING YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IF you don't have decent credit dont go there. They hit "auto dial" when sending out your credit application and wont stop sending it until they either run out of places to send it or get an offer. You will have 7+ people checking your credit which goes against your score. Most dealerhips will send it to two and if they dont get an approval, they stop!!!! They will do anything they can to get you in the car, but if you have a problem after that, you are screwed!!! More
