Female Buyer Bought a New Elantra After an Accident I was frazzled and stressed to buy a car in a short time-frame after an accident. Nic Vouis, the salesperson was polite and was even my kind of sarcastic which is rare. He didn't try to BS me. I told him what I wanted and he listened. Although he was a new sales person he did great and went above and beyond to make me smile and enjoy the experience even though it wasn't a planned purchase. Nic was straightforward on what really had changed and not changed from the 2014's to the 2015's. I got a better price on my new 2014 Hyundai Elantra after I had the manager meet the truecar.com price. The dealer only adds in upholstery treatment and floor mats which changes the price a bit. All the numbers were clear and nothing was hidden on the back-end. Watch out on the new longer term 6 year loan however. The manager Adam, tried to make it seem like a better monthly payment featuring a 72 mo payment when I'd originally asked for a 60 mo term. So know your terms ahead of time and stick to them! The only hassle was the financing guy did a hard sell on the "additional warranty" which really only covers accidental tire flats and consumable parts like hoses. With Hyundai already having the best warranty in the business this was unnecessary. They also tried to sell me on their new car insurance which was also unnecessary. All in all a great experience they even helped me return my rental car! We'll see how the service is now . . . More

I had my car fixed at another auto repair and needed car key reprogrammed after getting ignition system repaired. I never use car dealers for repair due to cost. For some reason they could not get the car to respond due to the anti theft lockout. They spent 3 hours on the car, bringing in their senior tech to figure it out. They solved the issue. Being from out of town, I was expecting to get an outrageous bill. To my surprise, they stuck to the 45.00 they quoted. Paul and the rest of the service department above and beyond to get me on the3 froad to home. Even though I live 2 hours away. I will probably come here when I am ready for a new car.
