After visiting the closest Dealer, and getting information from the salesman, I did a brief Test Drive, I liked it but was not able to test many of the features I was just told about. After researching for a new vehicle and looking different options, I decided to get a Hyundai Santa Fe Awd Limited Ultimate, I based this on the features, such as the Blue Link, the design and the price. I liked the safety feature of the SOS button and the convenience of the remote feature that will allow me to remote start my vehicle, both from Blue Link. I also liked the panoramic roof, lane keep assist, the rear camera and the option to get OEM HID headlamps. I went to a Dealer other than my local, because they had a very attractive price on the one I wanted, when I got there, I was told they sold it couple of hours before. They told the next day will help me find another one. By noon I was told the salesman was not in that day. So I called my local Dealer, told them what I was looking for and told me they had two available, so I made an appointment to close the deal, but when I got there, they told me those ware trade and I was offered something different, a GLS. They offer to look for one as the one I wanted, and I told them where to look, I had information available. So they called and confirmed the availability, the made me signed a commitment of purchase and then prepared all the documents, they assured the vehicle would be delivered on Monday (it was Saturday that day). The sales person helped me sign for Blue Link service and set up the account, I requested the sales person to call me when the vehicle was there on Monday before the Poly Steel treatment they "forced me to get". Monday after noon and having heard nothing from them, I called the sales Manager and told me the vehicle was in transit to the dealer, so I decided to give them time to apply the treatment and pick up my vehicle on Tuesday. On Tuesday when I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed it was not properly cleaned and most probably the treatment was not applied, I found some bugs still on the front of the vehicle and some spots off water on the right side. They were sure the treatment was applied trough out. They were ready to close when the cleaned the vehicle for the second time, So I took the vehicle home, on my 13 mile commute I noticed the Miles on screen were about 400 miles more than what was stated on the paper work. But I had the vehicle already any they were closed. I'm leasing the vehicle, so I started with about 400 miles less for me. As for the Blue Link feature, I downloaded the app for my phone and always got a message back saying it was sent but not received, I though it was matter of waiting for it to be activated, but today, after a full week with the vehicle, I called Blue Link support. They asked me to press the SOS button to start a connection, but instead I got a message on screen saying that it isn't active and to call an 800 number. The lady from support checked and my account is active and I have all the services because of trial period, but that it was not connecting, that I need to take my vehicle to the Service department to check the hardware. She told me that if the hardware is bad, it will need to get replaced. What??? It's new!! So far people from the Dealership has been very friendly but not very helpful and I have not been able to use one of the features that made me decide for Hyundai. Will this get better or worse? More

Excellent, respectful salesmanship. Be financially informed! My experience with Shane, my salesman, was perfect (and, as a woman, I generally hate car salesmen!). I'm not sure one way or the other about the lease deal I got -- I don't feel like I had near as much information about the financing as I did about the car itself. I felt a little taken advantage of in that regard, which is too bad because up until that point I felt fantastic about the whole process (I'd actually planned to buy a Mazda, but that shopping experience wasn't positive at all..,). I wish I understood the ins and outs of my lease as well as I do my car itself. I'd still recommend this dealership, especially if all the salespeople are as lovely as the three I met, but I'd caution customers to ask many, many questions of the finance team. I waited a long time to meet with the finance guys (twice, as I made my decision close to closing time on Sunday and was willing to come back Monday to finalize the process and pick up the car), and felt a little rushed? Steamrolled? Uninformed? once I was in the finance office chair. My own fault, in the end, but I'd hope others learn from my mistakes. More

Overall Good Manager Adam fixed the miscommunication happened on the price and he a nice person. Paperwork took time and I had to go more than once to sign the document (looks like they had a new system). Worst part is tittle clerk Sherry took too much time to work and had to call too many times and never got concrete date on I can go get my plates and staff doesnt care much about this delay. More
