I scheduled a 9:45 a. m. service appointment for am oil change. Since this dealership didn't offer free shuttle services, I had a friend pick me up. I dropped my car at 8 m. service appointment for am oil change. Since this dealership didn't offer free shuttle services, I had a friend pick me up. I dropped my car at 8 a.m. because that is when my friend could pick me up. I discussed with the person who took in my car that the car also needed a software update (I was previously told that the update can take up to 2 hours). I also started I would be back in the afternoon to pick up my car. Imagine my shock when I got there at 4pm and they hadn't touched my car. When I asked, I was told it was because I didn't give them a specific time. Unreal! How did they think they were going to get my car done for an "afternoon" pickup if at 4pm they hadn't touched it? No apologies. No offer of compensation. The service person told me he could have them start right away and be done on 20-30 minutes. I guess he forgot about the update. Shocking that they can get my oil changed in 20-30 minutes but couldn't get it done in the 8 hours they had my car. I won't go there again. This is the 2nd Great Lakes Hyundai dealership I've been to since I got my vehicle and both have been less than stellar. It's sad because the Great Lakes Kia dealership was great with my previous car. More

This is my review of my saleslady, Madison Turner. From the moment that I met her she made me feel at ease. I cant find any good trucks here in Michigan.Everytime I find one it gone by the time I get to it.I found a nice truck from these guys.Now im not a person with money .I have been disabled most of my life,An find one it gone by the time I get to it.I found a nice truck from these guys.Now im not a person with money .I have been disabled most of my life,Anyway was talking with Nathan and telling him it has to go in someone elses name and if they could sign papers at home like everyone is doing now ,Because of Covid.He said He would run it by his boss.Ran the credit was approved ,But He didnt tell me before that the person had to come in.They couldnt because they are on oxygen and cant make an 8 hr trip.Ok so he runs my credit I did get a email from them saying I was approved,But I could not get Nathan to answer my texts.Over to the next day called and Nathan wasnt in His day off,So I was put in touch with Brent,I was already approved and He wanted to use someone else as cosigner Sent in another credit application and then Mysteriously Nathan called me,Said I was approved just needed bank statements sent to His boss Doug Williams.Nathan texts me back and said they needed to be pdf's.I sent in the pdf's and He said He would get back to me when everything was good.Keep in mind He's doing all this from his phone ,Because He's off work today.I called after a few hours and asked for Nathan Hes not working today.Called His boss That was supposed to send my bank statements to the bank to get approved for loan and by the way it was gonna be like a $4,000 loan was paying cash for the rest.Asked for Doug Williams and said who I was and He told the Girl on the phone that the truck was just sold. So here Iam had my hopes up that I was gonna finally get a good truck that I wanted and could now afford to get it ripped away from me.I done everything that was asked of me and for nothing and they ran 4 credit reports. I have everything to back up this story so lets see what they say probably a bunch of lies..... More

Mediocre staff, plays all the tricks of the trade Worst car buying experience in the past 15 years! Inexperienced sales staff misrepresented vehicle options, long purchase process (over 6.5 hours!) Pl Worst car buying experience in the past 15 years! Inexperienced sales staff misrepresented vehicle options, long purchase process (over 6.5 hours!) Plays the car selling tricks of the trade. Had to return to the dealership the next morning and spend another 6 hours there to repair a tire problem. No effort made to resolve the bad experience other than to return the car and go somewhere else. Unbelievable! Good thing I like my car! More
