New Adventure Following a friend's recommendation to consider a Hyundai as a replacement car, and Dennis Hyundai as a potential purchase local, my husband and I wen Following a friend's recommendation to consider a Hyundai as a replacement car, and Dennis Hyundai as a potential purchase local, my husband and I went to Dennis at 4 PM on a Sunday to look at the Sonata Hybrid. Being on-techies, when we were given the keys to take a test drive, we had to go back in and get our sales rep to come and START the car (no key!). We asked if he could drive us around to begin with and talk us through the how-to process of driving the car, and how the gas to electric worked. He took the time to drive us and explained as he went, before he turned the driving over to my husband and again talked us through the hands-on experience. Needless to say, by the time we left the dealership, hours after closing time, we were the proud owners of a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. And we have been talking Hyundai ever since! More

Excellent Experience at Dennis Hyundai of Easton I worked with Jordan Knight (Salesperson), Andy Panchal (General Sales Manager) and Tyrone Laney (Finance). First, Jordan Knight assisted me and helpe I worked with Jordan Knight (Salesperson), Andy Panchal (General Sales Manager) and Tyrone Laney (Finance). First, Jordan Knight assisted me and helped me pick the perfect vehicle for my needs. I remember thinking that he asked me questions other people didn't in prior experiences like about my son, and my job, and what I need the vehicle for. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions honestly and straightforward, and I never felt rushed when I was working with him. I had a lot of questions, and he was always eager to answer all of them. I had to trade-in a vehicle, and I test drove two Hyundais, and I felt that the time spent at the dealership was extremely reasonable. Jordan Knight scheduled my window tint with Columbus Car Audio (they did a GREAT job) and my first oil change at Dennis. He introduced me to their Service Manager, Aaron Casto, as well. Before I went to sign my lease paperwork, he introduced me to Tyrone Laney and I got to talk with him a little bit before so I felt more comfortable. Tyrone was knowledgeable and prepared and made the process very easy. This was a big deal to me, and I'm glad they didn't rush me through for the sake of saving time. Jordan showed me all the new features on my Genesis, helped me set up my BlueLink (which is so cool - I never had the feature before where you could turn your car on and turn the heater on from an app on your phone - it will be nice for the winter time in Ohio!), and called me the next day to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend Dennis Hyundai of Easton to anyone. Thank you Jordan, Andy and Tyrone! More
