Thank you Hunter I was at the dealership the day before and looked at the 2016 Sonata. After a test drive I didn't feel the car had the options I was looking for. I told the rep I needed to think about it and I would return the next day. I came back the next day to let the rep know I was not interested in that vehicle, but the rep I initially worked with was out. Hunter greeted me and helped with the concerns I had from the previous day and even showed me some features on the car that I hadn't seen the previous day. The new information I received from Hunter helped to change my decision to purchase the car. I was able to get all the features I wanted plus some at a price I could afford. Hunter was the perfect salesman to help with my car buying needs. More

Poor customer service Long wait -- I spent 5 hours at the dealer and not ONCE were we told what we were waiting for -- we had to ask several times what the delay was for. Poor service -- my car did not come with Apple CarPlay like I was SOLD, I spent 7 days trying to figure this out, and after visiting Service SEVERAL TIMES, they ended up NOT having the part that they said they needed to install it into my car. Let's not forget it was supposed to be installed when I bought it!! Very unprofessional -- the person trying to sell me insurance packages on the car was UNPROFESSIONALLY persistent, asked me several times why I did not want to buy it, and did not pick up on social cues that I did not want to buy it. Also, at Service, the guy who helped me stated he would call me back the next day, after he told me he didn't have the part to install Apple CarPlay -- I NEVER got a call back the next day. More
Avoid at all cost SERVICE: My husband and I have two Hyundai Sonatas which both had recalls so I called up and scheduled our cars for two different days (one on 11/12 a SERVICE: My husband and I have two Hyundai Sonatas which both had recalls so I called up and scheduled our cars for two different days (one on 11/12 at noon and the other for 11/19 at noon). I needed to switch the appointments (same days/times but swap the vehicles so we could look at purchasing a new car for myself) and when I called the service department, the girl kept arguing with me that there was only one vehicle under my phone number (when I called initially to make the appointment they didn't ask for two different numbers). I tried to explain again what I needed to do and even told her when our appointments were for so she could look them up and again she told me that there was only one vehicle under my phone number. Finally I had to ask to talk to someone else and she said "I can transfer you to someone else but there's only one vehicle under this number". Once she transferred me to the service department, the gentleman had no problems finding my appointment and switching them. I personally work in customer service and have for the past fifteen years and can tell you if I treated a customer this way, I would no longer be employed within the customer service field. She should have looked up my appointment with the dates/times provided to her and taken care of the situation. SALES: Jeff in sales is awful and rude! I had been emailing him for a few days about pricing a new 2017 Sonata Sport and was told that the price on TrueCar was the price they sell the vehicles for. I mentioned that I had a USAA Certification and his reply was "Like I said, the price on TrueCar is the price we sell the vehicle for." I told him telling a customer "like I said" over something that had not been discussed seems rude. I expressed that someone with a USAA Certification shouldn't be paying the same price as someone without one. I mentioned that we would be at the dealership at 12:30 that day dropping off my husband's vehicle to service and would be free to look at vehicles that day. He said "I'll have someone call you and let you know what inventory there is .... LIKE I SAID I'll have someone call you".... which no one ever did … so we went to Hatfield and bought a car from them. To say that the experience my husband and I had with Hyundai Easton was more than unsatisfactory would be an understatement. I felt this experience was needed in order to not lose further business with other customers. More
