Responsiveness is the Key to Customer Loyalty Overall, my car buying experience very positive! Hunter Lawhead was professional and friendly and went out of his way to make my experience a Dennis Hyundai a very pleasant one! He was knowledgeable of the products and was very conscientious in determining my needs for the vehicle I leased and the pre-owned vehicle I purchased. He was great at following up and resolving any and all issues. I would work with Hunter in the future and recommend him to family and friends with no reservations! The only negative part of the transaction was the length of time we had to wait to complete the financing. However, it was partly understandable because it was later in the evening and several deals were closing. Another finance specialist was called in to assist, but we waited a long time and was not able to leave the dealership until 10:30pm, so it was a very exhausting evening. It was also a very cold night, so Hunter was unable to review all of the features of the vehicles to us. However, this was in no way Hunter's fault, and we scheduled an appointment shortly after that, and he spent as much time as I need to review the features of my new Tucson. The only other negative experience was that the battery in the pre-owned Sonata died within a couple of days of the purchase and unfortunately at a downtown location on Christmas Day! However, Hunter came to the rescue, and actually paid for an Uber ride to pick up my son-in-law and had the vehicle towed back to the dealership, and the battery was replaced. The unfortunate part was that the towing company damaged the front bumper. After some negotiating, Dennis Hyundai agreed to epoxy the fender, so hopefully it will remain intact. Although I mention these issues, this is still a very positive review because of the way Dennis Hyundai, and especially Hunter, responded. So, in summary, mostly due to Hunter 's (and the dealership's) responsiveness, I gave our experience a high rating. These issues could have turned the whole experience into a very negative one, had it not been for the professional and courteous responsiveness. That's what matter most -- things happen, but it is the response you receive that will keep you a loyal customer. More

I said that I was interested in the Accent model, but I could have possibly drove off in an Elantra. A couple times I mentioned I wanted to go out and look, the sales rep (and the sales manager too) seemed to have a reason not to. I'm kicking myself for not getting up and look, but I kept getting the impression if I did, I would miss out on a great deal. One other thing I was not real happy about was not finding out that the Poly Steel is added in whether I wanted it or not. I do believe it is a good thing to have, but there is no choice and I didn't see the add on price until the deal had been made. My sales rep said that it's listed on the sticker, but again, was not given a chance to look. More
