WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! Took them 5 weeks to diagnose and "fix" an otherwise simple problem (2 hour job). At least, that's what they said... the problem that they said they fixed had absolutely nothing to do with the issue the car was brought in for, so they are either incompetent or liars. The entire service department is a mess. Take your car ANYWHERE else but here for service. More

They screwed me over. This is not the car I test drove. I test drove an SEL, not an SE that they delivered to me. I was contacted by customer service at Hyundai, and I filled them in on all the complaints I had. So Great Lakes Hyundai ripped me off by sending me a lower rated vehicle. I will NEVER get anything from a dealer again. Their main goal is to rip you off once you walk in the door. I am about to get an attorney and take Great Lakes to court. Great Lakes is ONE, BIG, JOKE !!!!!! I will be nice about it. SCREW THEM !!!!!!! More

This is the worst place that I have ever been to. I bought a used car from them, and it had 5400 miles on it. The Supervisor for the sales department said there is nothing wrong with the car. THAT IS I bought a used car from them, and it had 5400 miles on it. The Supervisor for the sales department said there is nothing wrong with the car. THAT IS A LIE !!!!! I had 3 appointments with the service department about a rattle on the inside on the right side. After they brought it out the third time, the rattle was still there. She went back and got a service technician, and he said I needed to put a piece of Velcro on the seat belt connection to stop the rattle. My question is why would I need to put a piece of Velcro on there to stop the rattle. This thing is almost new. When I go out in the morning, and pull the car out of the driveway and come to the first stop sign, I barely touch the brake, and it is like I am pushing the brake pedal to the floor. This car is JUNK !!!!!!! I am about to call an attorney and file a Lemon Law on Great Lakes Hyundai. They can give me the full amount that I paid for the vehicle. In looking, they are only rated at a 2.6. Great Lakes Hyundai is a BIG JOKE !!!!!! More
