Great purchase experience Purchased a new Santa Fe Sport from Great Lakes Hyundai in early June and am pleased with both the car and the experience. Salesperson was especially Purchased a new Santa Fe Sport from Great Lakes Hyundai in early June and am pleased with both the car and the experience. Salesperson was especially knowledgeable about car features and options compared to other dealerships I've been to. Coming to a price was quick and I received the best price there. Management and finance worked with me to determine and implement the best finance option for me (0% offer at the time). The only minor complaint would be that I had to wait a little extra time on other customers to finish their financing before I could, but I think that is more evidence that the dealership is very good overall - many people wanted to purchase from there on that particular day because they have the best deals and service, so it was busy. They answered all my questions without any hesitation and a few they were sure about, they went and got a complete answers for me. My sales person work with me for over a month because I was purchasing 2 vehicles. She did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend to any of my friends or family to purchase a Hyundai from her and Great Lakes Hyundai. I am a very detailed oriented person and sometimes I'm hard to please, but I will say my experience was fantastic. I don't get to say that very often. More
