MIKE HALL WAS PHENOMENAL! Mike Hall should get salesman of the decade! What a true gentleman of a salesperson. He was very genuine, accommodating, non-pushy and patient person!!! He bent over backwards to help us! The negotiations went wonderfully well and we were almost thinking this dealership was made in Heaven. However, when it came time to finalize the sale, the mileage suddenly increased 7,500mi above sticker? Manager "Bob" blamed us for not checking the mileage while we test drove it. (I most definitely will next time!) "Bob" said, "he can't run and adjust the mileage every time someone test drives a used vehicle." Next time, Bob, do your homework before your speach! According to Carfax, the mileage shown on the sticker was the mileage of the vehicle when it was bought from the Michigan dealership. And the vehicle has only been on Great Lakes' lot for 5 months. And it racked up 7,500 miles? But, all-in-all, we bought the vehicle. However, I still feel the dealership should have added an extended warranty since the mileage bumped the warranty from 1/2 to only 1/4 of the warranty left for a 2014 Hyundai. But, hey! I did buy the car.... More

I wanted to replace my car and so we figured with the trade in that we could help our son out and purchase a car for myself at the same time. We were pleased with our purchase but pretty disappointed that we did not get more for our son's car. We really felt that it was worth more than what the dealership offered. Other than that we were pleased with the customer service and pleased with the car that we purchased. More

He was able to close the deal without any high pressure techniques I had no intention on getting a second vehicle only to trade my older one in. My daughter had driven up from Columbus just to that, the numbers were not to my liking so I was on my way out the door. Mike, could see I was getting ready to hit the door. So here come Paul, your magic man. With the two of them working hard and confident this deal was going to happen it did. My daughter went back to Columbus with a brand new car. I will defiantly recommend your dealership to anyone who mentions they are looking for a car. More
