With this second purchase, Joe returned my initial call within ten minutes. Once we discussed my needs, Joe called within the half hour with the exact vehicle and excellent pricing. Joe made sure I received every incentive available for me. It was effortless and pleasant!! Joe went over and above handling my prior lease vehicle turn in. I was scheduled to leave for vacation within a day and Joe made sure I had no worries with the process. I'm so appreciative for everything. Zachary was thorough, pleasant and professional.
