He stayed after hours to get me squared away, and didn't bat an eye about it. Mike is a soft-spoken, no hard-sell, professional with a lot of patience. Went to a Toyota dealership where the sales person told me the RAV 4s were "out there", and just pointed outside. I then went to Great Lakes Hyundai, a dealership I had heard was pretty great. Sure enough, I was given a sales person, Mike Hall, and I could not be any happier. From the time he shook my hand until the time he handed me the keys to my new Hyundai Tucson, he was the consummate professional, and yet I felt so connected to him because of how sincere he was in everything he said. The experience was my absolute best ever, and I can't say enough about the professionalism of everyone I dealt with during this deal. More
