My experience with Great Lakes Hyundai Some timing delays are cause for some less than excellent ratings. Too much pressure put on purchasing the wear and tear insurance. Not happy with the return of my leased vehicle which was in excellent condition. Only 14,000 + miles and not a dent or ding to be found. Billed for scrathes under the front fender ($244). Probably will not return to lease/buy another Hyundai. More

He gave me an out-the-door monthly lease payment figure I couldn't pass up. Mike Hall found me the Sonata Limited I was looking for in Machine Gray, took me on a test drive, explained all of the new features in the 2018 version (I had a 2015), and gave me straightforward answers to all of my many questions. He stayed after hours to get me squared away, and didn't bat an eye about it. Mike is a soft-spoken, no hard-sell, professional with a lot of patience. Nass, like everyone else I'd been working with, was professional and patient. He, too, fielded a lot of questions from me, and gave me straightforward answers. Before yesterday I had been a huge Toyota fan and was determined to trade my Highlander Hybrid in on a RAV 4. Went to a Toyota dealership where the sales person told me the RAV 4s were "out there", and just pointed outside. I then went to Great Lakes Hyundai, a dealership I had heard was pretty great. Sure enough, I was given a sales person, Mike Hall, and I could not be any happier. From the time he shook my hand until the time he handed me the keys to my new Hyundai Tucson, he was the consummate professional, and yet I felt so connected to him because of how sincere he was in everything he said. The experience was my absolute best ever, and I can't say enough about the professionalism of everyone I dealt with during this deal. More
