I was somewhat seceptical based on an experience with a west side dealer but Great Lakes stood by the quote and did everything they said they would. Both my wife and I were impressed with the professional maner in which we were taken care off from the sale thru the final paper work. It seemed to us that the employees really like thier jobs and thier employer. I will be back with my daughter soon to upgrade her car and when my current lease is up. That is so rare and we have never experienced it before we bought our Hyundai Last year from Mike Hall. I actually went back to get another hums so from Mike Hall but he was off do TJ helped me and worked out the lease and satisfied my requests - I still think Mike Hall is fantastic but were impressed and happy with TJ as well.
