Same with Carshawn in Finance. The only small issue I had was receiving multiple calls to re-sign the contract due to printer/re-alignment issue of numbers on the print-out. Multiple conflicting calls for me to come in or meet somewhere to get this done and signed. Not sure if this is resolved by the time this survey has been completed. 4 days ago (was the 4th of 5th call I received) I was told it's all taken care off and all good, yesterday I received another call to let me know I might still need to re-sign the contract. Other than that, excellent experience, excellent staff, very professional and pleasant. Thank you very much. More

After meeting with Brian Horvath and going over all my possible options Brian and Hyundai made me an offer I just found impossible to pass up on and had to go with it! Brian went over everything with me making sure I could get the vehicle I wanted in the price point I was looking at and CJ in the finance dept did a great job going over all the extra add ons and making sure I would only pay for what I needed, not trying to sell me on every single thing that I would never use for my personal driving habits. I would highly recommend Great Lakes Hyundai to anyone! All 3 of my cars since I was 16 to 10 years later have been from this dealership. More
