His sales manager also came out and explained the break down of pricing to me. I also appreciated that during the test drive he allowed me opportunities to simply drive and listen rather then talk my ear off. Unprofessional I always liked Hyundai. Always felt they were professional. But to find out once I purchased my new car, The dealership ran my credit three different I always liked Hyundai. Always felt they were professional. But to find out once I purchased my new car, The dealership ran my credit three different times that dropped my credit score a significant amount. I also upset that I was approved and signed all the appropericate documents for them to call me in two weeks telling me I need a cosigner. Very upset how things were handled. More
Santa Fe Called ahead for car and was confirmed it was available. Arrived 15 min later and they did not have the car.. Ended up suggesting a different (more expensive) version of the car that ended up fitting my needs. Not upset with purchase by any means but felt that I was told what I wanted to hear to get me onto the lot. Not sure who was in charge of that but don't believe it had anything to do with the salesman. Good sales person, slow process when busy. More

Same with Carshawn in Finance. The only small issue I had was receiving multiple calls to re-sign the contract due to printer/re-alignment issue of numbers on the print-out. Multiple conflicting calls for me to come in or meet somewhere to get this done and signed. Not sure if this is resolved by the time this survey has been completed. 4 days ago (was the 4th of 5th call I received) I was told it's all taken care off and all good, yesterday I received another call to let me know I might still need to re-sign the contract. Other than that, excellent experience, excellent staff, very professional and pleasant. Thank you very much. More
