We were served by Mike Hall, an excellent salesman, who met our every need, and made the transaction very acceptable to us. We traded in a Toyota Sequoia, and downsized to a very nice size vehicle. We would recommend Mr. Hall to other interested car shoppers, as he was knowledgeable and kind. He was particularly understanding when the final steps to signing papers, etc., took longer than we thought it would take. This was due to the few finance people who were available to help all the customers - a good situation for a dealership, but a frustrating one for the customers who were waiting. Mr. Hall did all he could to make the process finish as quickly as possible. He is a very good salesman, and a devoted employee. More
