I think that goes a long way in establishing trust and customer loyalty. The Great Lakes dealership in Streetsboro, Ohio was only the 2nd dealership we visited and the first one (not a Hyundai dealership) used those high pressure tactics, which was a big turn off, causing us not to return. After working with Derrick, we choose to move forward with the Hyundai and did not visit any other dealers. We've had the car for about 2 weeks and my daughter really loves it. thank you. More
